Thank you Liz! It's true, putting the kettle on is the first thing I do when I get back from the walk currently but I could make it a fancier tea bag instead of my everyday variety! :) I still haven't skipped an evening yet, which I am quite proud of!

You also don't have to go from doing nothing to all of a sudden doing it every single day! You could start by doing it every 2nd day or 3rd day and building up slower to every day! Thank you Vicky and Rokkerr... I am getting a little puffed out from doing this but that will improve if I am consistent. I am averaging (according to my watch tracking me) just over 18 minutes per mile and it's a little over 2 miles when I get back to my front door... so I am certainly not dawdling...
