Not sure what Roland meany by "sizing issues," but that has always been a confusion point for me. I don't see the problem. A mans shoe is a size "9." But a woman's shoe the same size is a size "12." A man's shirt is size 15. A woman 's shirt the same size is a size 12....

Apparently they weren't able to do this with clothes because of sizing and fitting differences. Since boys and girls clothes are sized differently.
