I don't think your being over ambitious at all, as long as your ready for that kind of workout. With the diet, remember lots of water, minimum is 1/2 your body weight in fluid ounces/day. Also eat slowly, 15 minutes for a meal, then your brain will detect you've had enough, or not. Trust me the last...
