I have a friend who was in an organisation like the LCA...he gave it up because it's too much work.
It's like a flood & no one stops them.

I only know 2 types of dogs, farm dogs and city dogs. Since he's on a rug that makes him a city dog!! Damn I'm smart, ok I'll get serious.

I say a blue healer and a border collie, but I'm just guessing a breed I know as I have no idea. I'll lick my lips and blow you a kiss, does that help

OK here are the results! NO Pitbull in him at all like a lot of my neighbors thought.... He is 50% beagle! That means either his mother or father, is 100% beagle, that dogs parents and grandparents, etc, are all beagle.

They gave me a nice chart! lol...

On the other side, this parent is 25% bulldog, (didn't see that one coming)


18% redbone coonhound,

(totally see that, it must be a dominant gene)

and the rest a mix.... pretty cool huh?

all that = my baby Skittles! And he really has turned into a baby! lol... when we first got him he was kind of aggressive and mean to other dogs, he was mistrustful of all people too. Now he's a great big lover, just loves everyone, rolls over to get his belly rubbed from anyone, loves to snuggle, and would rather play than be aggressive. He has completely changed his personality in only 6 months. I don't think he was ever given the chance to be a puppy, so now he is.


It's amazing to me, what dogs can go through, and still mentally recuperate, they can learn to trust again, and be sweet. People on the other hand, if we were tortured the way some of these shelter dogs have been, we would be in therapy 2 times a week, for 20 years, and still never get over it and be bitching and whining the rest of our lives... I admire them for that.

So I owe a couple of people a movie! Danamend and Vince and anyone else who guessed beagle, pm me your mailing address and I'll get you a vid out!

90% of all shelter animals are traumatized, my friend from the animal saving society told me, but as Ceasar Millan always says, the dogs always live in the here and now.
Thus, there is a good chance to bring them dogs back to normal if you know how to do that.

& you must be a dear person and an excellent pack leader if you managed to heal super-mixed-up Skittles by your own.
