Yea we keep talking about that, but I think there may be more cancels 10 minutes before the showtime is to start, and then a timeslot was taken up for nothing while someone else may have wanted it. Or worse, a bunch of no shows... i'm now in the habit of texting them the morning of their show just to make sure they remember. The non VNA girls are awesome I don't babysit them at all, with the exception of Jane B one time canceling by tweet, and one Daisy Rock no-show when her life was in chaos, they have been amazing. I do understand, I remember when I was living in LA, doing 2 shoots a day sometimes for Naughty America and zooming all over the place, sometimes you just don't know where your head is. And I'm so lucky, I have Rokkerr to help me with everything... other girls are doing everything completely alone. So I don't mind being the go-between, if it makes everything go more smoothly. Some girls I will definitely give the schedule access to though, like Monica and Shanda Fay and Bobbi, they are as good as autopilot.

As for me, I'm not mad or angry because I just don't go to live cam shows. I don't see Rachel Aziani, Amber Lynn Bach, or Nikki Nova anymore. I don't even visit Catalina Cruz for that matter at her site. As for this network, I think the last one I actually went to was one of Bobbi's shows in early December because I took off from work that day. And I wasn't there for most of it. I said my hellos to Bobbi and a few of the members and I left. Before that, maybe Francesca when she was on a Sunday night over a year and a half ago? I just can't remember. Because I'm never home mainly or I'm doing other things.

Btw jebby.. We are not working for someone. We are not hired by vicky or rokkerr. Its a team work. So it's not making sense what your saying at all. Everyone works for their self. And we work together with Vicky and Rokkerr.

In the "Real business world" and you work for some one yes you can be fired and then for you 10 other people.. Well in the adult industry we are individuals and all have different qualities. So notmreplaced so easily as it's not really only our skills that makes us popular.

Absolutely, GJ, Add Julia to the list. The list wasn't meant to be all inclusive, tho, so if one of the ladies reads this and is offended because I seem to be "cataloguing" her, believe me, I am not pointing fingers at anyone.

I've been having some pretty great discussions with Bobbi behind the scenes (Bobbi is one smart woman.) I'm waiting for her permission so I can post some of those comments here on the open forum. She has helped my understanding quite a bit. And I feel pretty good about all she has said.

Walt i've always felt Bobbi was one of the Smartest girls here at the VNA and every response i see in this thread just reinforces that opinion
i also have become more patient with all of the performers because as Rokkerr was mentioning the social media phenomenon has changed everything we do and it's just going to get more important as more and more folks have their internet access through their phones.

Walt I follow about 80,000 people! Have you seen my timeline? lol... so the only way I see a tweet is if the person "tags" me in the tweet, which means the put @vickyvette inside the tweet. Then it will show up in my "mentions" but even those go on forever, I miss a lot of things people intended me to see I'm sure. I keep up as best I can but I miss a ton. So someone can DM me and I will eventually see that when I log in and see my DM's, but if I'm not following a person, they can't DM me, and still twitter has glitches and I've missed DM's in the past. When Siri cancelled our shoot in Miami, it was via DM and I never got it, because twitter had a glitch that day. If I'm out running errands or doing a shift at the dog shelter, I'm not going to get on my cell phone, log into twitter and wade through hundred's of DM's most of them from fans saying they like my tits. I do that in my off time at home in front of the tv at 10 ator 11 at night.

So again, for the 100th time, a text on my phone is the only way i will see something quickly.

I agree with u Bobbi and that is what I was trying to say in my original post here. I think it's far fairer if problems are sorted out between the person and VNA lady :). A quick email is the best way to do that

I can understand your frustrations Walt, it is a shame that everybody can't be here but I'm not going to hold it against any VNA girl who doesn't come here. I do agree though that interaction with all the VNA ladies is nice when it happens

I agree with u Bobbi, the VNA ladies lives are more then just their sites and camshows etc. Take Charlee for example, she does lots of shoots, tries to make appearences at adultcon etc while juggling family life with her kids and that can not be easy for anybody living a normal life never mind a pornstar. I know how much work u have to do Bobbi because u talk to us about it and we appreciate the time that any VNA girl can spare for camshows etc :)

I think you're misunderstanding, Jamie. We're not talking about the girls missing shows. I think we all understand that change is part of the business. The complaint is when a girl knows well in advance that she can't do her show and doesn't bother (forgets?) to tell anyone. We understand that last minute changes are necessary, and if those changes are communicated to Vicky so that she can update the schedule, everyone is happy.

But this whole thing was sparked by a girl who knew well in advance that she wasn't doing a show, but never told anyone. We have lives, too, and plan our schedules so we can see our favorite. If we come here and there's been a last minute change, that's disappointing, but understandable. But when we get here and find out that the change was known for a couple or a few days, that is upsetting, because we made time in our schedule, as well.

And, as far as the ladies who don't come to the forum? Well, I've given up on that one. I just think it's sad, tho, when their members come here and ask questions, and never get answers. The forum is part and parcel of membership in the VNA, and the ladies should come here at least once a week. And, to those who do come here to chat with us, I say Thank You. You know who you are.

She actually forgot, she texted me at 8:15, I only saw it at 8:30, lol.. cause I was having great sex at the time, so I just went in the room and let the stragglers know. I'm glad she didn't try to BS and say technical problems or something else.. she was forthright. She feels very badly about it, an honest mistake, she just totally forgot. It happens to everyone once in a while... She'll make it up to you guys.

Walt hit the nail on the Head! Just because one has a hot body that is not an excuse to be a flake! Extremely disrespectful for many of us that must schedule and manage our valuable $$$ time rather than just float lost in the ozone maybe on drugs or drunk? We all forget thinks once and a while. Some just flake out forget and selfishly lack respect for others!

Late girls, cancelled shows, short shows, technical problems, storms, internet problems, it's all part of the business. You just have to accept that "shit happens" and take it all in stride. For all of us VNA members these shows are entertainment, but for the girls this stuff is a business and the way that they make their living and if they're interested in keeping their jobs and not having Vicky fire them and kick them out of the VNA they just have to remember it is their job and do their best to put out the best product that they can. I suppose a person could "go on strike" and not attend a live show if they were unhappy but if you really liked that performer they would be back in a week or two. I remember last year when Vicky got the new equipment, I think we went something like 2 weeks without any shows because of all of the technical issues and I was kind of pissed off but it all worked out and look at how much better things are now. Everything worked out great and once people figured out the new system I think everyone was happy. Afterall, who can stay mad at a VNA girl?

actually scottb i have made several viewing habit changes on who's shows i makes and those i do not. it pains me as i do like the line up but sometimes you have to take a stand. i doubt i'm missed that much to be honest. i hated missing all the shows last week and early this week but a new business venture means i had to.
i'm so thankful for all the ladies work and effort and wish them all a great 2013 even if i don't seen many of their cam shows
