After sleeping this matter over the night. One thing I've come to realize in my middle age is the way in which we communicate our thoughts and feelings can determine if things are perceived to be negative or positive. My experiences (rather recent) have taught me to be mindful of what and how I say or type things.

I love being a member of the VNA because of the familial environment and will continue to support what I feel to be right or either wrong.

There are no harsh feelings towards anyone. I hope everyone has a lovely day....

The real world is courtesy and respect and knowing how to act. The fact that few in todays world know how to do that does not excuse them when they don't.

I would have missed it anyway... I was so damn tired that I missed Julia & Sunny

I think I need to adjust my sleeping rhythm again.

Well, some may think my comments are harsh, but if you would read and understand them, you would realize they are not. But I will admit, when I speak, I generally am pretty direct, and say what I think.

I am not picking on Julia. I am commenting about all 40 of the VNA Cam girls, all of those who have been told, more than once, to text Vicky if they can't do their show. There is no problem in not doing a show. It is a simple courtesy to let "the Boss" know when you can't fulfill your obligation. Why does this issue keep popping up if the models are doing what they have been asked to do?

And, about dear Julia, think about it. If she commented in her show last week that she wouldn't be doing a show this week, that gave her 7 days, a full week, to send a simple text to Vicky with that info. Probably 45 seconds of her time.

I realize the ladies are busy. But anybody who works for a living is busy (except Flagman on the highway.) If you couldn't show up for work one day, and didn't tell your boss, you know as well as I that you wouldn't be working there long. How is this any different? I guarantee you, if any one of these ladies simply didn't show up for a shoot without any notification, they would never again do a shoot for that company. So, if they can't make a shoot, they have a good reason and they let the company know as soon as possible. Why is Vicky, and by extension you and I, any different?

Vicky does her level best to have the best, most trustworthy porn site on the internet. Part of that trust is the public and members knowing that, if a cam show is advertised, that it will happen. If people come to the cam show and the schedule says it will happen, and then the girl just doesn't show, then the people will think "what a waste." And they are right. If you can't trust the schedule to be right, then why bother?

Vicky works her pretty little tail off for these ladies. She fully realizes that she represents these ladies, that she is the "Front door," as it were, to their world. Yes, while each girls site is easily accessible directly from the internet, they have contracted (a legal contract) with Vicky to be a part of the VNA. That contract obligates not only Vicky to perform certain functions to promote and present a good face for the ladies, it also obligates the ladies to perform some basic courtesies. One of those courtesies is to send a text message to Vicky to let her know when the model cannot do her show, so that Vicky can keep the schedule up to date. The schedule is the premier access to the upcoming shows, and is worthless if it is not kept up to date. Why is Vicky not due the same respect that, say, Brazzers, commands?

A simple text, less than one minute of time. A week ahead of time. Not much to ask. Sorry if you think this is a rant, but that's the way I feel.

I will accept that. You've said it before. But, to me, that says even more. At least to my understanding, this is your network. You invite people to be a part of it and you work for them. And you see it as friends working together. "Boss" might be too far out, but you do run the show, as far as trying to hold it all together.

Life happens...... Julia is reliable and a terrific performer. Mistakes and miscommunications happen. I usually text with her the day or so before, this week I did not.

The only trouble is we have had are the few girls who are not reliable. I should add a lot of people assume we know everything that happens in camshows or on twitter. That couldn't be further from the truth. We can't possible keep track of 40 girls tweets or watch 40 hours of shows.

Katie K said she wanted to go on right before rebekah dee today at 3, i read that as I should put her on the schedule for 2 since that's the timeslot before rebekah dee at 3.... but she meant she wanted to go on at 3.... I totally didn't get her meaning and they both showed up at the same time...
