Video minamizes

When ever I go to type or scroll the video minimizes. How do I keep that from happening?

OS Windows 8 and I think internet explorer 10 or 11 (I can't keep up with the updates)

I think she's talking about the cam shows, folks. She says she has moved the windows around, i.e. the video is not behind the chat window.

Bridgit, capture a screen shot of your screen before you chat, then capture another right after you type in the chat window and the video disappears. Post both pictures here. You may have to resize them smaller to fit the limitations of posting pictures (700x700 pixels, I think.) Try that, and we'll see what we can come up with.

I do not know how to do a screen capture not real technically savy.
