Rachel Storm banned 2 people today. The first by mistake, he was logged in using the name nnn. She said she had her curser on the wrong name. The seckond never said anything. I don't think she liked his name (RachelsBitch). She never said anything to me, I never had there IP's.
Vicky I think they both got a raw deal, I think hey should be let back in.

I gagged him at this point. I had checked IP# they were all the same.
I also told him in public chat to cut the caps.

M&(^er F&^k my internet dropped and I lost all the chat transcript. I had him gagged for a while told him to cut the caps, he comes back yelling again. I kicked him out, he comes back under a new name and invites me to a private chat, I check IP# , yep there the same. I went to the private chat where he starts telling me how stupid I am for kicking him out then he starts yelling at me. BOOB, ban hammer.

We had trouble with him off and on all after noon. well hes gone now.

Dave, if you haven't taken it in yet, first, go to http://www.malwarebytes.org/. Download and run the free version. If that doesn't fix your problem, contact their customer support.

Last time I had a problem, their free version didn't find it. I wrote them and an agent spent several days helping me. H had me download and run two or three other programs and send him the log outputs. His efforts paid off, and he did it all on the free version. Unheard of. Because of his efforts, I bought the premium version ($24.95) and have been totally happy.

If you don't want the premium version, the free version is more that a good deal. Keep it on your computer for future use.

Just letting you know I had to gag someone in Trisha show last night "coolcat" at first i though he was just playfully playing wit Trisha but them he crossed a line and Trisha asked him to be banned unfortunately he logged out before i went back in and got his IP address

Whenever a Moderator even thinks someone is getting out of line, you should immediately collect his IPAdd. As mentioned before, I open a WordPad file before the show (a permanent file I keep of troublemakers.) When someone looks possible, I immediately copy his IPAdd and paste it into that file, along with a note as to why I copied it. If it turns out to be a false alarm, it's easy to delete it from the file before I close/save it. I have even copied IPAdds from questionable screen names. If they behave, I just delete the entry.
