The situation is like bands. They break up then get back together especially when they need money. Bands get tired of the touring and constantly being around other band members so they want to relax, stay home, and do something else. Girls eventually get tired of the travel, limelight (some), the biz itself, and lack of acceptance due to the unwarranted stigma attached to the industry then when funds get low and/or the need for a little attention hits them, they are back at it. The same goes for bands. Frankly I don't care what they call it. I assume that at least 50% will come back in one way or another.

This was actually the second surgery for Ava's attempt to pump up her rack back to where she was when she first started. She had an initial procedure last September, I suppose to prepare for the bigger implants she's getting now. From what I recall, she had her initial boobs reduced in around 2007 or 2008, but the procedure was botched resulting in inverted nipples. She then reversed that in more surgery in 2011 to regain her shape, so to speak.

Her boobs actually didn't look too bad before this current procedure, but I guess being the slut she is, she's gotta go bigger than everyone else. I guess we will all see the results real soon.

Isn't Amy's sitch a bit different, though? She's not merely replacing her old monster 1200cc's, but doing an actual reduction and reshaping?

I find it ironic to hear that a guy marries a girl that does porn then wants her to quit. Let's face it that part of the attraction was due to her personality that made her career choice then he wants to change her. Well people want to change their spouses all of the time so there is nothing new there. Whenever you try to change who is your partner, you are in for disappointment and it eventually ruins the relationship unless she is a complete submissive.
