I'm assuming that on this desert island there is some source of power for you to plug in a laptop so I can enjoy the movie and songs that I have chosen.

First of all...no books...I hate reading...unless of course I could use the pages to start a fire or two on my island. In that case, any 5 books will do with a lot of pages that are easy to rip out!!!

Shawshank Redemption, Star Wars IV, 12 Angry Men, Back to the Future, and Naughty Lesbian Cheerleader Pool Party (or something similar) are my movie choices.

Elvis Presley: Bossanova Baby
B 52's : Rock Lobster
B 52's: Love Shack
Nitty Gritty Dirtband: Mr. Bogangles
Michael Jackson: Smooth Criminal

Person: Ann Margaret
Kicking Ass and Taking Names :) :goodpost:

As much as I'd love to list 5 titles.... I, too, have to admit that I'm not a person who has read a lot of books and that's an understatement, lol. I do like entertainment magazines, news sites and I buy a soccer related book occassionally, but that's really about it. Read some literature back in high school, although half of the time I just went online to look for someone else's summary of the book to make the assignment my teacher had given me, lol.

:whome:

Songs
Billy Joel - Piano Man
John Lennon - Imagine
Madonna - Frozen
Armin van Buuren - This Is What It Feels Like
Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars

Books
I Am Zlatan
(Apart from that, would you mind if I bring along 4 TV series instead? (....Prison Break, Friends, Without A Trace, Breaking Bad....)

Movies
Shawshank Redemption
Departed
Pianist
American Beauty
Disney's The Lion King ( Image )

Person
Charlize Theron

No books... my cell phone, maybe an ipad with every episode of naked and afraid on it... chapstick, a fishing rod, my dogs... a lighter and a pocket knife... shoes yes, but don't need any clothes. I can make a loincloth or something.. Oh yeah, mosquito repellent. Easy peasy, I'd be happy as a clam...

The massive shelf of books in my office, a media player with every Aerosmith, Queen, GnR and Tom Petty album on it, no use for cinema or tv at that point, and if this were to happen, i would finally have achieved independence so I'd be content by myself.
