Unreal, was just a question of time! Some amazing facts on here... people looking to cheat don't have much of a chance because only 1 in 16 members is a woman? Big surprise, lol... this company has sucked millions and millions out of men by duping them (how many of the one in 16 that is female is fake?) like when they used me as a profile and even wrote back to men asking for more money so they could date me? Oh here I found the stat: 3,899,996 fake profiles.

Now all your personal information is available, if you work for the government or the military you are prime to be blackmailed... or even a regular Joe if you were trying to cheat.

Even if you were a couple looking for another couple, you may not be blackmailed, but all your personal info is now out there... just wait for all the spam and viruses to hit you... and maybe shaming who knows...

They never delete your info even when you close your account, wasn't this the company that was asking for the extra $20 to remove your details when you close your account? Or was that another douchebag scummy dating company?

just disgusting , as someone who makes a living with technology this really makes me sick , personally i think hackers should be put to death or expossed to servere punishment as well as some form of public exoposure and life long branding . People dont get the cost, its also part of a bigger problem people thing the internet is some kind of free public libary , i have a couple of friends that i am starting to lose paitence with because they are always asking me , whats a good download site or wear can i get free stuff ,and i dont just mean porn. these are good normal people that wouldnt ever consider stealing something from someone physically but somehow it escapes then that pirated material is the same thing

These FriendFinder people are pretty damn low too...taking advantage of a bunch of desperate people

I have a few questions about different Porn web sites but I don't know how to ask them. Someday I will try to put some coherent questions together and ask one of you guys. Some they seem to be legit, others its questionable and others its obvious they are a scam. I just had an experience recently that I handled, some parts of it better than others. Sometimes its confusing and a person should not need a lawyer to go on the Web. My Card companies are pretty good with me, but personal info cannot be retrieved so easily.

As for the Pirating thing, some people throw it out there and its not always easy to tell who it belongs too. My two worst issues came from a virus protection program and a live sports site and more recently a map finder program. In regards to Porn, I try to stick with pay sites now a days and billers I think I can trust. But the con artists are out there, one got me recently and people like me no matter how careful we are get jobbed sometimes.

Vicki and Rokkerr run a good clean site. Honest people are a blessing.

The amount of fraud is staggering... everything from making it impossible for you to quit, billing you even if you do quit to billing you for multiple sites that you don't know you are joining.
Back in my 20's I joined a site and I swear I could not figure out how to quit. It billed until finally I called my credit card company up and reported the card as stolen. We recently had a hacker add code to some of the VNA sites so that he could make money from the sales. It's amazing what people hack and try to do. In the case of AFF or any dating site, you have to wonder how many of the hot girls are even real. I am guessing 80% of the profiles are bogus. I joined AFF for a month years and years ago and got zitch out of it. It took joining Vickyathome.com to finally get a date to remember... but that's another story. LOL.

AOL did that to me years ago. Took months to get them to stop. Never did get all my money back. Got all but about $50, but I avoid AOL like the plague.

I remember when I first got divorced I tried Match I went an entire year with out on reponse which atributed to the fact that I used a photo of myself on my profile instead of a good looking person and it destroyed my confidence , thank god I met vicky and the VNA which has sonce restored it i must have sent out 40 intros but nothing , so I cancled my paid account .With in a week I was getting emails saying she (many)is interested in you , when i went to look it said I had to be a paid member to see , so i rejoined and again 3 months not a thing so i quite again and sure enough the email started again so like an idiot i tried one more time for a month and nothing ,

I have zero faith in AFF profiles... AFTER Vicky sued another girl in the VNA had the exact same issue (2 years later).
We cannot reveal who or why or what but they continue to use fake images (without permission)...

I figure for them to be in business for so long that some people must be legit and must be getting laid but there likely is a lot of bait and switch going on...

I think whatever authentic traffic was on AFF (couples mostly) went to alternatives as AFF upped the pandering to dumb single men and cheaters. Unfortunately, many of those AFF alternatives are now simply following suit.

Thankfully I am not looking for a companion, I have no complaints about the one I have. But the scams are out there and not only on sex or dating sites unfortunately.

Like I said, honest people are a blessing. We need more of them.

It's funny, I just finished cleaning my desk, and I had papers from literally years ago. I found an old paper with websites and passwords (back when I used to write them down) from different accounts of mine. I found one for Adult FriendFinder. I didn't even remember having an account. This account (judging by my username and password), must have been created at least 15 years ago. I'm not even going to check if the passwords still works. I'm not worried at all about my information, I'm just sure that if "retry" my password, I'll start getting e-mails from them. Ha, like I said, didn't even remember having an account. Oh, in another blast from the past, minutes after I found the Adult FriendFinder account info, I found an AVN show book from two years ago, and flipping through the pages quickly, I saw a photo that caught my eye. The girl? Tasha Reigns, beautiful to say the least!

The thing is that Match claims to be a repected dating site not a hook up site , which in all honestly i did try once and everyone was a scam eother fake profiles pr people looking for money or other type of scams at one poi nt o got repsonse frommthre different "women all using the same profile picture or didrefent pictures but the profile info was the same LOL i left after 3 days LOL
