I love watching how the local guesstimates change. Monday's forecast for next Tuesday's high of 36° has become a forecast high of 48°. By next Tuesday morning, I expect to see a forecast high of 112°.

I am quite sure they have a bingo cage down there. Every morning, while enjoying coffee and doughnuts, they draw the highs and lows for the next 7 days. Rarely do they look out the window.

The night before last we had an ice storm, my best friend that works at the airport had the night off no surprise, it actually woke me out out of a sound sleep lol!

as of 5am it's currently -11* F in the suburb of Chicago that I live in with a high of 14* F for the day.

In wonderful Sydney Australia at 2300 hours its 22C in the morning we have a range of 20C - 35C temp. In other words it could get hot. Well that's the Land Down Under in the week before Christmas.

He's taken a few vertical leaps while he is at the fence, usually when he wants to have a look, but he has never attempted a run and jump over it. He could probably make it if he really wanted to get at whatever was behind it.

I had a couple plastic milk crates next to my fence. Heard Fred barking like crazy. He was looking up, so I went outside to see what was up. Once I got into the back yard, Fred took one jump up on the crates and right over the fence for a cat. The cat took off, of course (it was a kitten,) so Fred ran around in circles yapping until I went over to get him. Turned the crates over so the open top was up, lol.

I love this guy. He is so funny.
