I have been bicycling up here and there is some great places here. One of her friends told me that I am slim and don't have big stomach anymore. But don't worry....we make you fat again before you go home :lmfao:

Those would work on our Sexy Tuesday class, but any other and your doing lengths :rofl:

Someone asked me about low fat products a few days ago, I'm no expert, but I do know this. If I can't read what's in it, I don't buy it. I don't eat low fat anything anyway (ie; yogurt) , cause they take out what nature put in and replace it with something man made. My rule of thumb is, if a guy in a lab coat made it, throw it away! It always amazes me that most people feed their pets more healthy then they feed themselves. Remember once it gets past your taste buds your body has to deal with it, and lots of it is just stored in your arteries and organs. Hey I love ice cream, but in moderation. When people come to my place they know not to bring junk food, cause it just goes in the garbage, and all my friends know that by experience by now. They know their going to get veggies, fruit and pop corn. OK I'm done my Sunday morning rant :blablabla: :1106: :lalalala: :trump: :redcard: :460:

I do manage a little healthy eating, but I could do a whole lot more.

Food is easy - the more unprocessed it is the better - the more canned, prepared the less good!
Sorry Vicky - none of that is good for you, but on the other hand neither is totally denying yourself stuff - the decision is, extra years or enjoyment.
I know which I go for - make a trade off, and as long as you are not too foolish, it'll work!
Besides which, whatever you ladies eat sure works well!!

This morning in the shower I noticed yes I have lost weight but I have granny triceps. They just flap. I bought some resistant bands but I just stare at them. It has been light outside and I am just not walking like I should be and I am craving comfort food which I do have to walk to the store to get.

The good news about cravings (also true for those trying to quit smoking), is that they usually don't last more than 5 mins or so (each episode). Trick is to either distract yourself ,or make it difficult to immediately satisfy the craving. For comfort food - don't have a fridge or cupboard full of it - if you want the chocolate or crisps (chips to you US chaps) make it so you have to go out to get them. For cigarettes same thing - no cigarettes or lighters etc in house. It sounds simple but it does help - it still won't be easy especially smoking (nicotine is more addictive than heroin), but every little helps!

I usually go to the gym after school for about an hour and half. Have had a bad cold for about a week which sucks. when im better ill go more..

It was a really nice day out so I spent the afternoon photographing a ski race. I didn't do much skiing, but I did take a few laps up the hill.

Friday we had our Minute To Win It Pyramid, I told everyone if they can finish it I'd buy them all the green beer they could drink :beer: No one was able to finish, me included, Hayley wrote the program, it was mean. How it worked was you have one minute to do 3 things in a pyramid, one was 8 push ups, 20 toe taps and 2 lengths of the turf. But being a pyramid you start with 16 push ups, then the toe taps, then more push ups, toe taps and then the turf. That was one of the easy ones, if you couldn't finish in 1 minute you could take off 1 push up and a toe tap. nothing from the turf was taken off. After the last class I took them for drinks to celebrate, but told them don't blame me if your throwing up green!

If it's organic Vicky, it should be good

Throwing up green, oh that is too graphic!

I'm seriously loving this boxing class 3 times per week... now just to get the energy to supplement it with running in 3 of the off days and I'll be good. I ran this morning, with Harvey and Skittles... they haven't run for a while, poor Harvey had his tongue hanging out sideways after 2 miles... lol... but they love it so much! It's good for all of us! When I get so into it I keep turning my music up louder and it makes me run faster till the damn headphones say "VOLUME MAXIMUM" that always pisses me off, but then I realize it's for our own safety. Us humans are so stupid we would probably damage our eardrums if left to our own devices...

Peter that's a hip opener, it's called a fire hydrant for obvious reasons. This is why lots of girls don't like guys having cameras in gyms.
