It felt so good to be back! After the show I felt like me again....it had been awhile. It was a strange, happy and relaxed feeling all at once. Everybody was so good about it being a PG13 show, my first one back and that was so impressive...they all hung in there the whole show AND nobody, not once asked or demanded me to get nude.....lol

Next week, we get WET and WILD! the rain maker returns!

Ummm, you jinxed me.....after the show, I went to move a box. Lifted it up, went to turn and then it happened.....MY BACK! I have been slow going ever since. pinched nerve? pulled muscle? I'm not sure but I am in pain and icing it along with advil.

Lie on your back.

Pull one knee up to your chest and hold it for a 10 count, then do the other. Repeat that 10 times, maybe twice a day. When my back goes out, I do that, and in 2 or 3 days I feel great again. It apparently stretches those lower back muscles.
