Here's the thing - I hate strings! Cellos, violas and violins - all that pony music. To be fair if you call it a fiddle rather than violin, I may be interested (love Cajun and British folk).
So I was surprised to find myself ordering a CD from these guys..........

I also hate posey strings - violins, violas and cellos!. If you call a violin a fiddle it is so much better sounding!
Anyway, here are a couple of cellos who are getting there!

Now to some serious posts - I love blues rock guitar music and I like good looking ladies - here is a mix of the two!

In this one Popa Chubby is a great guitarist (check him out) and Dana Fuchs has an incredible voice.
Tomorrow I'll start on the girls who play guitars!!

Now everyone knew the real answer to the question but it wasn't up there to choose! LOL

You know PeterL, I actually liked this music and you know I am a country gal. Dana has a great voice. The VNA is converting me in many ways(or should I say perverting me) :yeahbaby:

So let's start with the girls (with guitars)!

So here's Joanne Shaw Taylor - has been breaking through in UK for last couple of years. She's originally from England (?Walsall in the Midlands) but now lives in the States.
She is a really good guitarist, but I also think she sings pretty well too!

Have you ever been to an Alice Cooper show? Did you notice the sexy blonde guitarist who plays with him - she is Orianthi - and she can play too!

Two things - not sure what the voice-over at the start is all about - just ignore it!; and secondly, I am NOT a Hendrix fan (if he actually played music rather than noodling about he would have been so much better) but his tunes are often soon much better when covered by good guitarists!

Back to girls with guitars - it may be sexist, but I like great guitarists and if they are good to look at, for me, it's a no brainer!
