My original comment here was about Veterans day. This is not Veterans day. This is Memorial day. We celebrate Veterans Day in November. So I have changed my comment. Please help me in remembering those who gave their all.
Just wanted to say Happy Memorial Day to all of our veterans who didn't make it home. Thank You for whatever your service was. This is the day where we salute those who gave their all. As they say, all gave some, some gave all. So, we commemorate all of the brave men and women who never made it back. While my son was in the Marines, he did a tour in Japan, and got to go to Iwo Jima. He said it was quite moving. I can imagine.
.
Thanks to our Military
May God Bless All Who Served in Our Armed Forces Who Lived & Died in Service To This Great Nation

I know I'm a Brit, but I appreciate all the sacrifices the US Forces have made, and would echo the sentiments made by you guys. Its good that both our countries try to help keep the world a safer, freer place!
Here was certainly a sin worth sinning and I applied myself with characteristic vigour to its practice

My understanding is that you Aussies treated our boys in the South Pacific pretty good when they came there on R&R in WWII. I would say hats off to you Aussies as well. And, on their behalf, as many are no longer with us:
Thank You
Thank You

Lest We Forget. Memorial Day is an American holiday, but I take my hat off to ALL military members who gave their all, that we might live and be free.

A picture is worth a 1000 words. Thank you Walt.
