Comical view on Ice Fishing

Are there any ice fishermen here? Anyone enjoy standing out on a frozen windy lake waiting for a flag to go up!? Well not this guy but I don’t totally agree with him.. but he probably hasn’t been out in the accommodations my friends have lol..

I went ice fishing with a gang of alcoholics when I was about 13 when I lived in New Brunswick, Canada. They were all freakin' nuts! They would cut a hole in the ice, then build a shack around it with a wood stove and a tv and a fridge! That's all they needed, lots of beer and shoot the shit and act ridiculous all night! It got really scary when they all decided to go racing cars out on the ice! Gotta admit, I did really like that! It was very exciting, of course until someone got hurt!

OMG and right next door to Maine that explains it!! They were as comfy as we are but our heat is propane not wood and the TV is satellite not rabbit earshow did someone get hurt?

They would be so drunk they would fall off their snowmobiles, and hit trees with them LOL it was just ridiculous too much partying too much fun! I was in a pickup truck in the front seat and it ended up upside down in a ditch, it's amazing that nobody was hurt! There is an angel that looks out for drunks and fools!

The horrific memories from my childhood flooded back when I read this. I got dragged to a lake once, and it only took once to NEVER do this ever again!!

We didn't have no stinking shack..I was too young to slam beer (I still don't drink), I remember laying on the ice freezing my azz off and begging God to kill me because I couldn't feel any part of my numb body. I was like going to George Costanza opposite hell!!!

If I ever have to make a choice between two types of torture, I'll choose the opposite of ice fishing !!
