Whatever trim package they used for the NASCAR Monster Energy cars at Kansas sure made for some close competitive dicey racing in the Digital Ally 400 last night..which has'nt been the case in many of the last D-shaped 1-1/2 mile oval track races I've seen..plenty of door to door 3-4 wide racing up front and right down to the wire.. Maybe NASCAR is finally positively hitting on some things to bring the fans back..
And although I'm a Chase Elliot fan. and wished to see him take the checker I can't complain about the awesome burn the tire off the rim victory burnout by the victor Brad Kesowlowski!!
Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there!! xoxo
Finally a good 1 -1/2 mile NASCAR race/Kansas!!

Yes, it was a good race. now if they would just get rid of the "stages" crap and the "overtime" thing. Kevin Harvick (I think my new favorite) got into a little pushy-shovey thing with Eric Jones (?) near the end. But overall, a good race.
I can resist everything except temptation.

I watched the 'last stage' last night, but let me tell you, stage racing sucks big time. Nascar lost me when they tried to save their sport by f#@king it up.
Even that ending didn't lure me back to a sport that I used to love.
When do the Cubs play today??

Kicking Ass and Taking Names :)
NASCAR pretty much discarded the older fans to try to market to new ones.. thus implementing all these changes.. It failed and they've pretty much admitted it..
