Sorry, Mike, when I made the 150,000th post, I didn't really want to be a braggart, so I thought I'd just stay kind of low-key. You know, like saying "It's my birthday" when you're on your seventy-freakin'-third one kinda loses its glamour?

Programming Note - we just hit 175,000 posts..... three years, 25,000 posts... an average of 694 posts a month ... over 20 per day... (18 by Walt)... awesome!

200,000 is projected for 2022.... Walt's 97th birthday...

Joking aside, it's amazing in this day of twitter, instagram, snapchat and more that this board continues along

I don't know why more people don't participate. I love message boards. Dozens of my now real-life friends were people I met on message boards. I saw that a gaming board where I met a bunch of those friends turned twenty years old in the past month.

I hear you. I was on a board for a long time some years ago when I was at a low point in my life. The board was like family and helped me get through some rough times.
