10 years ago my world turned upside down, I had to be rushed to the hospital and had have emergency surgery for a perforated colon. I went through a lot while in the hospital, was in a coma for several weeks and on a ventilator, my right arm became partially paralyzed. I was determined to pushed myself to get to the point that I could leave hospital on my own. 10 years later, I'm still here, I have a colostomy still and my arm is still partially paralyzed, and have health issues, but I don't let it stop me. 10 years later I'm glad to be alive and still here. Happy Life Day.
