Central banks will probably end up issuing some kind of digital currency that they will maintain control over. Bitcoin runs counter to this since it has no centralized control and transactions can not be reversed. In the case of Onlyfans, a large amount of chargebacks will probably cost their company a significant amount of revenue so they'll likely suffer from cash flow issues unless they clamp down.

After further investigation it's only creators in certain countries (Belize, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, India, Jamaica, Kenya, Mexico, Morocco, Panama, Turkey, Uruguay, Venezuela) that will get hit with the 30 day payout restriction.

likely the credit processor sees those countries as high risk for fraud coupled with long clearance time for international transfers.

Bella's actions created a wave of chargebacks, which in turn meant Onlyfans probably got hit with additional restrictions and/or penalties from their credit processor. To shore up their own account balances and the reduce potential risk, Onlyfans and their credit processor tighten their rules. In this case they're tightening on presumably higher risk and longer credit clearance time international accounts. Basically since credit processing and clearing has a bit of a lag time, they want to make sure they actually have the money settled and cleared before they start paying out.

I wouldn't keep any appreciable amount of funds on there if I was a model.
