Official Launch Date for Britneyathome.com

I'm soooooo close you guys! Been working on the members area for 3 days now! It's been really hard getting the content, since you know who wouldn't give it up. I've been downloading a little bit each day, and then reuploading it to our server. It was a bit convoluted though, the thumbs don't match the vid names, etc... trying to make sense of it all. I know I'm missing a lot. Also the picsets have no names or descriptions, just gallery 485, 863, etc.. not too interesting, one day Britney and I will sit down together and put in descriptions for you but for now i just need to get the nuts and bolts working.

I'm going to start the site with 15 vids and 15 photosets, that will be enough for ccbill to approve the billing. I should be able to submit it to them tonight, I'm just waiting on one camz link to work before submitting....

So a day or two at most and Britney will be good to go!

That sounds like alot of work to get her own stuff, thank you for doing it, if you need a hand i'd be happy to help.

But isn't there a legal way to get it ?

i'm thinking like an injuction agaisnt the old webmaster. Did Britney sign a contract saying that she retains full ownership of her own photos and material ?

if all else fails, just send Loki to his/her house and get the servers physically ;-)

I'm done with this site for now, handed it over to ccbill this morning. They said if all was done according to specifications it would be live by the end of the business day today. I will still be making changes to it and adding tons and tons of content, but you guys are free to go check it out right now! There are 15 vids and 15 picsets you have never seen....

She actually sent us a formal demand today - demanding that we either remove all of Britney's content off her site, or pay her $3500 for the right to use it. She claims that since she took the photos and held the videocamera she owns all of it and Britney does not, even though they had an agreement that they would own it equally. Britney has graciously allowed her to keep all the content to add as a bonus section on her own GA Peach site, but Britney wants her to stop impersonating her, stop emailing members, and stop the illusion that Britneybrooks.com is a site that belongs to Britney Brooks and that she has any part of it. GA Peach is threatening legal action towards Rokkerr and I. She did compliment my work on the site though! It's never boring here at the VNA!

again it all goes back to contracts, written or oral, if britney said ok to share the stuff and Ga peach did too then whats the problem ?

get a copy of teh contracts and let the lawyers handle it.

Thank you so much for this great site i just joined it i've known Britney for awhile back when she was britneybedroom i didn't know that site was shut down unitl a week ago i was on freeones to grab brit site to join and found the new one, will everything from her old site be on the new one?

Some of the older stuff is up, but when Britney and I get together in July, we are going to go through all her old vids and picsets and she will decide what she wants to keep..... we are trying to up the quality overall.... make sure you come to Britney's cam2cam's on tuesdays and thursdays!

Sweet good to here we will be getting some of the older videos and picsets, first thing i saw on the site was her footjob video i have a big foot fetish and that video was to die for it was so amazing and loved the load on her soles the best part to put it hehe :)

sad thing about cam2cam i don't have a cam my self but i seen the thread about me taking pics of me to post for britney that i cam do what do you look for of the members nude pics or non nude. I just hope i can make her member shows and they are not on my days that i work.

Hey, LLcoolJ, welcome to the site. We all, of course, love Britney as well. Such a hot lady. As you may know, you don't need a camera to join in on the Cam2Cam chats. A cam is nice, but certainly not necessary. Put one on your 'to-do' list and get one when you can. You know that Britney loves to see her members as well as them seeing her.
