Haha, I have the news on cnn in the background, usually while I'm working on the computer all day. I just caught a few minutes of an Australian newscaster reading the news from the monitor. Unbeknownst to him, in the background, behind the glass, there were two employees chatting, one standing, one sitting. The sitting person had his back to the camera, and was going through porn pictures one by one while he was chatting to the co worker. The person must have told him his computer screen was on tv, because all of a sudden he turned directly to the camera, and had a pained look of horror on his face! It was hysterical! I looked closely but didn't see any VNA pics, hahaha.....

Thats terrible you telling me he has already been fired damn you need something good to look at why all that horrible news is on.

The company where I work has a firewall up. This firewall blocks all of it; porn websites, bikini models, glamour models, etc. and you get flagged to the network administrator. If you get too many redflags you get written up.
I've been flagged for going onto movie and music websites. That's how sensitive it is.
But before the company had the firewall up, we had a director from the other department who sent pornographic images to two very hot looking girls in my department. This one good looking hot chick also had a reputation of seeing guys on the side, cheating on her husband. She apparently made many luncheon appointments at the local motel. Meanwhile, our director friend spent hours in his office alone with his office door closed.
I wonder how he was making out on that report? Hehe. That spreadsheet looks tricky. Haha.
Anyway back to the first hottie in my department. She liked the pictures and she sent some of her own back to him. Her mistake was sending these pictures to the other hot good looking girl in our department (the same one the director sent his first set of pictures too) This second hot girl reported both sets of pictures to human resources. And she sent both sets to human resources immediately. He was fired about two weeks later. They had grounds to. As they started an investigation on him. The network administrator and his team started to monitor his email and his internet access. Though it wasn't disclosed, they think he hit about 450 porn websites in that two week period. As to that first good looking girl who sent the photos, well she mysteriously "resigned" about four months later after he was terminated. She later brought a lawsuit which my company settled out of court.
Now all stuff is not blocked. We can still get emails with attachment photos,etc. However, they don't stay on the server for very long and you will get caught if you try to open them up.
The "pink slip virus" we call it. Ever see that commercial?
It falls under the category of sexual harrassment, and if bad enough, it could be the cause of immediate dismissal.
So yes he could be fired.... if he worked for my company.
