From the 25th June to the !st July the isand will be host for the 14th Island Games.
The Islands taking part are Aland(Finland);Alderney(U.K.);Bermuda;Caymen Is.;Falkland Is.;Faroe IS.;Froya(Norway);Gibraltar;Gotland(Sweden);Greenland;Guernsey(U.K.);Hitra(Norway);Isle of man; Isle of Wight;Jersey (U.K.);Menorca (Spain);Orkney(U.K.);Rhodes (Greece);Saaremaa(Estonia);Sark(U.K.);Shetland Is.(U.K.);St Helena:Western Is.(U.K.)and Ynys Mom (U.K. known in English as Anglesea)
There are 15 events which range from Archery to Windsurfing
