sometimes the email programs don't want to display them, not sure why, something about "hotlinking" to a porn website, but you can always just click on the top line in the email to go directly to a browser window to see it all correctly.

The same thing happens in regular EM. It gets quite frustrating. Some one sends you great pictures and you can't see them. I don't think it happens with personal pictures I send friends, but pictures that are forwarded get The Little Red X Of Death quite a bit. I asked Yahoo about it once and they gave me some convoluted technical answer - way beyond this old farts brain capacity. Yeah, Vicky, your other link works fine.

Most of Vicky's newsletters sent to me have those red X's. Like she said, she has provided a link to take you to the website's newsletter.
A trick I learned when receiving X'ed out pics is to right-click the "invisible picture" and click on properties. A detailed box appears and I highlight the link and right-click it and select copy. Click ok and paste the link in your browser's address box and click go. The image shows up on the hosting site and usually when you click return, the image shows up where the X's were.
