Nice pic btw.... EEEEEWWWWW you will never see me do that in a million years. You couldn't pay me enough to do it, lol... ever since Loki got bit and almost died I'm petrified.

Don't know if they live free in florida.
Maybe someone got tired of it an just let it loose. But they are breakeout artist (so I have heard) it might be a runaway.
But main thing is that quite safe. But you might not want it around the house with dogs.
They can bite even if it's not dagerous. The dogs would probably kill it.

I'm not in snakes, but woudn't it be a good idea to check if the snake might be chiped?
Bring it to the animal shelter & ask them for a chip reader.
Then you may find the owner, if it escaped somewhere.

'"Pantherophis Guttatus" are only living in the East of the United States'. So, it's very common for you to see one in Florida. Image

Well now that I know it was harmless I feel kind of bad that Dave bashed it's brains in with a shovel. We over react, since our dog almost died. If I ever see another one, I'll try to relocate it instead.

Holly crap!! I was 100% sure that you was used to handle snakes!
I have seen you do amazing things with spitting snakes before.

Ohh well maybe it was the size that got you scared. Not the length you are used to handle...

Miss Vicky & Monica,

Those don't look like Jebby's snake?

HRL thinks Jeb's snake name should be "Elephant Trunk!"

BTW, Vicky how is HRL?

I did a movie for private Cleopatra.. and we went to Cairo and Luxor (Egypt) then i was 1 day off. and wanted to do a non touristoc tour. So i found a 14 year old boy with a horse and a little wagon and he took me to his town .. and this was what he wanted to show me. A few cobras actually, dancing on the rhythmic of music etc So at the end of waiting and waiting, the snakes came 3 ,. 2 started to fight. and he asked me if i want to take a pic with it. So ofcourse i did .. i was scared,. especially when the guy slammed the back of the snakes head on my forehead as a joke. Then i thought the snake attacked me.
After this whole thing more then 1 hour and half in little stinky dirty tent i wanted to leave and i got my 2 friends with me. But they said, no you pay first . i said pay what pay. ok the guys got scared. 12 guys walked in talking arabic.. and my friends said to me , your a girl you handle it. lol
I gave them some money and i gave a 6 year old girl my shampoo.. 2 snickers , and a mascara + lipgloss. They loved it. everybody happy.. and i m upset .. because the guys didnt do shit lol :P

Carl, that was exactly my first reaction too when I read it. "UK", "Phyton", "Monty"... I never really understood the Monty Phyton hype though. It just didn't and still doesn't seem funny to me. Image

On the other hand, your comment and Bobbi's story are definitely funny! Image
