Nicky Blue is the young lady who supposedly gave up her virginity on one of the kink sites. I looked at the vid. It appeared that the chosen guy was too big and couldn't get it in. So, I think someone else finally did the job. Can't really remember. Don't even know if she was really a virgin or if that was just another story line.

It just seems to me that there has to be something here. I'm betting most guys have been out with a girl, getting to second, even third base, just to have the lady say "No." And we all know how hard it is to stop at that point. But we do, because we are basically good and decent men.

But, in the world of rough sex, it becomes the norm. Those men like to mistreat women and there are a number of women who like to be treated rough. And I say that because they keep coming back for more. Cherry Torn and Darllng are only two of numerous ladies you see repeatedly. I'm sure they get paid pretty good, but they have to like the treatment, too.

So, I can see how what might start out as an "innocent" encounter, or even a party, can get out of control. But that does not justify treating a woman badly once she says "stop!" Nothing does. So, it's easy for me to see that the allegations could be true. And there is plenty of evidence that they very well may be - from the number of women coming forward with stories, to Deen's almost total failure to step up and deny anything. Especially in the light of him apparently losing a lot of income from folks dumping him. I would imagine that Kink and others pay their male talent pretty good.

So, I don't know. But, if I were in the industry, I most likely would want to distance myself from him, to avoid "guilt by association," if nothing else.

Personal physical boundaries just don't exist? Above and beyond everything else, personal physical boundaries exist. Whether Stoya and the others are telling the truth or not will never be known. But James Deen's career has, at a minimum, been seriously harmed, just because of all of the entities that have distanced themselves from him. Is that recoverable? Only time will tell.

I have been avoiding social media of late because of name calling and shaming for several weeks now. I finally check my twitter and well I could not keep up and I agree with Julia Ann Social Media is not the place for this. My question is in all this has anyone gone to the police to press charges?????? why do people feel social media is the place to air their grievances and the comfort level of name calling. Social media is ruining peoples lives.

I don't think there's anything the police can do, Bridgit. It's all allegations and, for whatever reason, nothing was reported at the time it happened. So it's basically he said/she said, with apparently no witnesses, or none coming forward.

Four lawsuits out of a TON of output that Kink has performed. Three allege performance with an AIDS infected performer (which Kink alleges never happened,) and the fourth involves a former employee of Cybernet Entertainment, the holding company for Kink.com. Therefore, this one does not involve Kink, but Kink's parent company. That's like saying that (well known star or politician's) son was involved in whatever difficulty. What the hell does the star or politician have to do with what their children, grown adults out on their own, living their own lives, are doing? So, what does Kink have to do with what an employee of their parent company is doing?

I am betting that, with any company producing porn, that there are going to be at least a few allegations of wrongdoing. Right or wrong, there is never 100% happiness. And, like the general public, there is the occasional performer who is basically a difficult person in general. Not that that applies in every case. But, just like every case in life in general, we are all often too quick to rush to judgement (yes, ThisOldDog too.) It is a difficult situation. The application to work for Kink seems to be quite thorough in trying to let the performer define specifically what they want/like and what they don't. And I have to believe that Kink tries hard to adhere to that.

I don't know. It's a difficult world.

It should also be noted that three of those suits filed against Kink.com are mostly frivolous suits filed by the AIDS Healthcare Foundation as a means of propaganda for their proposed initiative mandating condoms in porn shoots in California. One resets the HIV infection of Cameron Bay and Rod Daily in 2013, in spite of the fact that no other adult performer who performed that shoot tested positive for HIV, and that the only pro performer who was in fact injured enough by Bay to draw blood has performed actively for 2 years free of any STD's, never mind HIV. (It appears to me that Bay was more likely to be infected by her boyfriend/SO Daily in extracurricular activity outside of the Kink.com shoot.) The other complaints to the CalOSHA board essentially reset AHF policy that because condoms were not mandated in those shoots, there was an "increased risk" of STD infection....never mind the total lack of evidence that any of the performers were even at risk.

These articles looks to me more like propaganda by AHF and its supporters to link Deen's rape allegations to Kink and slam porn in general in order to sell the condom mandate. Is an AHF presser where one of the accusers or Deen himself approach the dais with many tears to support the condom initiative because "porn didn't protect me" next up?
