If it makes you feel any better, Dave shops there, and I go with him on occasion, even though I know it's wrong. I feel guilty when I do. But I still do it. It's too convenient and cheap. I'm not singling anyone out, we all do it. It's a problem in our entire society. Feel better?

I very well could have taken the word "you" wrongly. This is one reason it is so hard to communicate in writing. The word can be taken to mean you personally, or you as a group. That's why Texans (Southerners?) say "Y'all."

So, for that, I am sorry for taking something so personally that wasn't personal at all. Vicky was not talking to me personally, but to everyone as a group. Being posted right after my post made me misinterpret it and I got a little "offended."

I have heard it said that "Y'all" means you personally while "all y'all" means the group. Oh, gee, now I'm pulling my hair out. And I ain't got that much left,

I shake my head at a legal system that even allows these lawsuits to be filed.

I agree we have the most litigious society ever here! It gets to be ridiculous.

Canada on the other hand, is the opposite though I think their caps are way too low… When I was about 20 and living in Montreal, my very best friend went in for a back operation. He died in the recovery room after a successful operation simply because nobody was watching him. He was still sedated and he stopped breathing. He was a very heavy individual, he kind of looked like the cartoon fat Albert, He was lying on his stomach because of the surgery being on his back, and his own weight put a lot of pressure on his lungs....... All the machines were beeping and alarming but no one paid any attention. They tried to resuscitate him but they couldn't.

The staff fully admitted their error, and his mother was awarded $7000 for the life of her 20 year old son. It was devastating for all of us......
