This is so true. I've tried. I find it's best to cycle events. Do 2-3 a year. Back in 2005 or so, I went to every event I was asked to. Let's say August 2005, I was only home 5 days. Haha.... after that. I was like never again. To be 21 and exhausted.

I'm curious about Exxotica. I get hassled because I haven't gone before. Partly because of location. I like staying with my friends in Brooklyn. I just like being in Brooklyn. NJ feels like a million miles away. Haha..... I need to suck it up.

New Jersey is the best one of the year (though I've never been to Chicago, so just my opinion). They've been there ten or eleven years, now, so things are generally well organized for that show. Best of all, the fans know what to expect. Some of the newer shows, the fans seem to be surprised that there are extras in addition to the price of admission and they tend to spend less, which makes it difficult for people to earn back the costs they incurred to be there.

One of the ladies I talked to recently (Miami?) had an excellent idea: have admission include a coupon for a free picture with one of the ladies. That way the fans know they have to pay for pictures and the ladies can turn in any coupons they receive and get reimbursed.
