Looked it up on Wikipedia - its an aquatic animal with a large flat t tail and big teeth!

You ever see "Leave It To Beaver," henna? It was a TV show in the '50's centered around a small kid (~10-12 Y.O.?), Theodore (The Beaver,) his older brother Wally and his parents, Ward and June Cleaver. So when The Beaver would screw up, dad would step in and handle it. This led to the catch phrase I first heard, I think, in the 2000's. It, of course, was meant to have nothing to do with Ward being nice to his son. It was meant as more of a "middle of the night" comment.

June says, "Ward, Take it easy on the beaver." :rofl:

This Great Blue Heron was very tolerant to my intrusion, not sure how many more weeks they'll be sticking around before they start flying south.
