Im Kim from Minnesota and wanted to say Hi to you all and with encouragement from Vicky. Seems some of you have been here awhile and really know each other. Thanks for the welcome.
If your looking for clothes for your shoots and all that the largest mall in world and biggest tourist location in Minnesota (I think) is the Mall of America.

Hey Kim! Really I'd like to visit that mall! lol... Talk about shop till you drop! I went to a mall one time, think it was in Edmonton, Alberta, it had a skating rink in it, a swimming pool, an amusement park and a hotel or two, lol... is it anything like that?

Yes it is very similiar Vicky. That is the mall it was modeled after. Yes your right too its in Edmonton.
Come for the day all pick you up at the airport and get you there. It is very close to the airport though. You can stay at my place after being exhausted shopping and fly back the next day!

We visited the Mall of America in '95. That place was HUGE! You can really get lost in that place.

I've been to West Edmonton Mall lots of times, I hate it but still go there. Both those malls are owned by the same guys, so I heard. I was there last month and there expanding again, there's a big crane there adding more on. We did stay at the Fantasyland Hotel in a theme room what a night to remember. I was naked in the hot tub and Gunther was sound asleep, something about working 24 hours and then driving 6 more wore him out

doesn't the mall of America have it's own roller coaster?
i had some friends who worked for northwestern back in the late and 90's and would plan excursions from Memphis to the mall for shopping weekends back then you could ship back as many bags as you wanted.

The Mall had an indoor amusement park in the style of Knott's Berry Farm (here in SoCal) and I think there was a roller coaster but it wasn't monstrous like a Six Flags coaster.

Exactly right Benny. Only place for a roller coaster in winter though. It was Camp Snoopy but maybe 5 years ago now it changed to Nickeloden Universe so alittle different now.

It has a huge IKEA store Vicky but I think that is Sweden not Norway.

Cowboy, great to have you join us. We have several members from the United Kingdom. I'm from El Paso, Tex, my self ("Out in the West Texas Town of El Paso" - an old Country song that gave us our claim to fame 50 years ago, heehee.) I have a cowboy hat and boots, but am not a "cowboy." The clothes come in handy when I wanna go Boot Scootin' at the local Honky-Tonk. I may not be overly crazy over Country music either, but I will tell you this. There is one Bucket-load of beautiful women who love country music and love to "boot-scoot." You could do worse than get down to your local "Country Pub." (Hmmmm--wonder if new hotties Sheri and Kimhilla are at all into "boot-scootin' or maybe some other fun and exciting "activities?"
