The experts always knew it was a matter of when not if. But like Cassandra, their prophecies went unheeded. Unfortunately, its the politicians who control the purse strings, not the experts.

On another note, it surrealistic to the see the Mayor of Miami on CNN this morning stating that Florida does not want any tourists. A Florida politician saying to no to tourists ? Wow!!
