Fucking Daylight Savings Time again!

The problem with leaving DST on all year is that we wouldn't see the sun rise until around 8 to 8:30 AM in the wintertime. I don't think that people will appreciate their kids walking to the bus stops in the dark at 7 AM.

Just sync it worldwide for a consistent time (first weekend of April to last weekend in October) and it will be fine. Those who don't use DST can continue not to do so at their convenience.

Arizona doesn't observe DST, Vicky. They stay on Standard time. That's where the smart comes in.

You want another hour of sunlight? Get up an hour earlier. As it is, I'm getting up in the middle of the night again, lol. And then at bedtime, I can't get to sleep because the freakin' SUN is still up.

Besides, aren't you the one who's always griping about it because all the models miss their shows??????? Twice a year????

Yeah that's what I'm saying, just pick a freaking time and stick to it! I don't care which one, just choose one and then don't change it! Europe changes next weekend and everyone will be confused again... Ridiculous!

Since I'm back to working nights again, the "Fall Back" for me is an extra hour of work come Sunday morning.

I'm used to DST; it's the fact that the US decided to extend it so far beyond everyone else that gets me. It's so unnerving to get off of work at 7 AM to walk out to darkness. Bring it back to 1st Sunday of April to last Sunday in October, please.

If a state politician got his way and got this bizarre time thing passed, I'd be in a new time zone in Memphis called the Memphis Time Zone. He proposed that either the whole state either drop daylight savings time or put the state on it all year round. So sometimes of the year if we kept I be in the Eastern timezone, and if we dropped it, I'd be on Mountain time. Bet the Airlines and other industries would have loved that lol

Arizona all ready does that, Andrew. For folks who live there, it's fine. But if you're driving there, it's always, "Wait! What the fuck time is it here?"

I know Walt but think of it, your going thru Arkansas or such and you are in central time zone then all of the sudden wtf, I'm back in the Mountain time zone lol. The other part was the parts of the State in the Eastern time zone could be either in the Central time Zone or the Atlantic Time Zone. But your right, as a citizen, you'd get used to it but for everyone else it be Wtf is going on lol.

Well, here it is again, folks. That time of year when everyone in the friggin' world changes time, except for good old Arizona (I do think there are a few other places over seas.) This is one of two times of year when for two weeks both models and members screw up and miss their cam shows.

So, early Sunday morning (or whenever tickles your gizzard,) set your clocks ahead one hour. I do it the night before and then try to stay up an extra hour. Also go to your Board preferences and set your time.

Click Board Preferences
Click "Yes" to "Summer Time/DST is in effect:"

Try working it out from UK! Having said that the site automatically works it out in proper time (GMT) when you put in your time zone - God bless whoever did that. Hope it works in 2 weeks when we go to BST- and that doesn't mean Bull Sh1t Time!

DST is bad enough if you have to adjust to different time zones. But, imagine if you have to work that night, as I do. I've already set my watch forward one hour. My business basically adjusts their schedules automatically to take into account the lost hour (and the hour gained when we "fall back" in November.

Still would like to see it standardized worldwide (first week of April for "spring forward"; last week of October for "fall back").
