Can you guys help test everything? Please tell me any and all bugs you still have? I'm about to make the final payment. They will still give us 6 months of support, but I would prefer to fix anything that needs fixing right now! Can you all try your ipads and phones and laptops and desktops? Pretty please?

I haven't tried it yet, but Krok says that if you are in a show and vote, then you stay in the room for the next show, your vote won't count for the second show. You have to close out and come back (refresh) in order to reset the vote counter for the second show.

Krok was right, that is a glitch, but now that we know about it, we can fix it.
The archives have been spotty as well, sometimes the API call isn't responded to by the server. Since there is no show today until 11 est, they are going to switch from Cent-OS to Ubunto operating system and install the absolute latest version of Ant Media. They think the newest release has more bugs worked out. It really is leading edge technology, so hopefully this is the last time we have to redo this cam system! This is what, the 3rd time?

Also reported the "connection error" we get sometimes when voting. Anything else I should be aware of?

NOTES TO MODERATORS ABOUT THE NEW CAM SYSTEM:
The models can choose their stream size, if a model is having issues, tell them to lower their stream size using the pulldown menu below their video screen. It has a picture of a wrench on it. The order is 1080P-720P-480P-360P.
Also tell the members to stay off cam if she has issues, as it eats into her bandwidth.

Any IOS device may only use safari to access camera (apple rules). All other devices should use newest chrome, clean with no addins/plugins or extensions. If members have issues ask them to disable their extensions etc... they can google it themselves.

Could someone please send me a screencap of the "connection error" when voting?

It would be helpful if we could get members to quit trying to be moderators. Yes, it is certainly good that people are anxious to help. But the moderators are the ones who are most closely involved in the cam room, problem resolution and operation.

While members are trying to be helpful, they aren't aware of all of the issues or fixes. So, sometimes they post incorrect information. Then, if you have two or three, they completely confuse the poor model, who is trying to get her system to work. I mean this with all due respect, members. But when there is a moderator in the room, please let him do his job.

Not bugging you, just updating, because I never know what has been worked on and what hasn't.

The two members lists are still not correct. They both show different numbers and lists, and I don't think the moderators list is correct. Sometimes the members list seems off (shows maybe two members when I know more are in the room,) But a refresh seems to take care of it.

When you close your cam, the system doesn't seem to release it (in my case,) My cam is not on screen, but the light is still on. The members list on the Mod page also still shows the cam icon.

The system is still not picking up the cams (SOMEthing isn't, lol.) For example, at Lelu['s, I was seeing two different sets of cams in members and mods windows, 2 in one, 3 in another and neither correct. Zack kept trying his cam and it wasn't working. Finally I refreshed both pages and 5 cams came up on each.

I like that the "Voted" note comes up in the chat. After someone votes, there are usually 3 or 4 more that follow. So it's a good reminder to everyone.

Members are cycling their cams in Kelley's show, but they don't cycle on the screen. Members have to refresh to pick up the new cameras.

minor note I got rid of flash today, basically reminded me and I was like ok let's just get rid of it(funny note you get a thank you from Adobe and that they plan to continue to work on technology and then offer you 10 free photos from their service, also note that they would be January 12 completely disabling Flash across the board, not sure what that meant but no worries for me).

I know that the models can alter their stream size, but I wonder if users can choose to switch to a lower resolution?

I think it's already on a very low setting. Is there a wrench Or gear icon there? if yes click it and see what it does? I can't remember off the top of my head I'll look later.... but I think you can "restart/refresh" your own member cam?

Sorry, my question was misleading. I didn't mean my own camera stream, but the model's stream. My bandwidth is ridiculously low, so the audio is lagging (problem is definitely on my side), I thought if I choose a lower quality, it would work better, but I couldn't figure out how yesterday.

No the model must decide what resolution to send on. I don't think you can change that?
