Working on a show with PUMA SWEDE
Thanks Benny. I'm glad they managed to get together again before Puma took off. Yep, they seem to hit it off very well. Vicky's got a new girlfriend! Can't wait to see the archived show and hopefully many future ones.. Since I missed the show, I had to settle for Haley's legs from American Idol for a little excitement tonight, lol. Not as great as Vicky's legs, but I'm not complaining.

How's jury duty going Walter? What type of cases have you been on so far?
Isn't it great that they give you an hour and a half lunch break.
Hey and Walter - no talking about the case, 'k.

Aw, it's just a child custody issue, John. We should get it tomorrow and it "should" be pretty easy for us (IhopeIhopeIhope.) In Texas, jurys decide things like that. I like it because a jury, I think, can render a better judgement in this kind of issue than a judge by himself can.
We get paid $40/day. All the jurors are talking about when we might get out. You know, they got family, friends, jobs, etc -- places to go, things to do. When it came my turn I just said, "Hey, I hope I don't offend you folks, but, since I"m retired, it really doesn't matter. I'm just sitting here saying, 'Well, there's $40. Whoops, there's another $40. Oops, and $40 + $40 + $40....' "

Well Walter - I hope you get out since early since tomorrow is Good Friday and all. As it is a Holy Day of Obligation. I shouldn't eat meat tomorrow on account of it being the season of Lent. Though I try, I sometimes forget. So I guess I'll burn in .. ...hell!!WalterB wrote:..... We get paid $40/day. All the jurors are talking about when we might get out. ...And speaking of all these $40/day amounts -- it's only proper that I disclose a Beatles song to you - since I have the avatar 8) and all --
How does it feel to be
One of the beautiful people?
Now that you know who you are
What do you want to be?
And have you travelled very far?
Far as the eye can see.
How does it feel to be
One of the beautiful people?
How often have you been there?
Often enough to know.
What did you see, when you were there?
Nothing that doesn't show.
Baby you're a rich man,
Baby you're a rich man,
Baby you're a rich man too.
You keep all your money in a big brown bag inside a zoo.
What a thing to do.
Baby you're a rich man,
Baby you're a rich man,
Baby you're a rich man too.
How does it feel to be
One of the beautiful people?
Happy to be that way.
Now that you've found another key
What are you going to play?
Baby you're a rich man,
Baby you're a rich man,
Baby you're a rich man too.
