Yesterday was Canada Day here, I hope all my friends from the Great White North had a fun day. I went to the farm for the weekend, a friend wanted to borrow my truck, so I had no way to get around, other then on a bike. I wanted to go see some fireworks, but Leduc or Wetaskiwin are both close to 20km, so I went to Millet, I think someone must have forgot to bring some fireworks, cause I was the only one down where they usually have them. The bike ride was good, went to the bar, stayed there till 2, got on my bike and a Sheriff stops me and asks how much I've had to drink. I started laughing, but he was serious, after 5 minutes of him checking that I was sober he let me go. I never knew that you could get an impaired riding a bike, I haven't had a drink for a long time now, I think he was checking out my ass more then seeing if I was sober

Canada Day was spent in Toronto helping my son move. He is a packrat so the move was a lot of fun - NOT! But a bedsit with a view of the lake in a clean building - he lucked out there.

Will relax at the cottage on 4 July to make up!
