It's about to get even more confusing, lol... there is a new platform called Loyal Fans where they have built in audio calls, and video calls. It's a much more robust platform, and you don't even have to subscribe to a person's feed to have interaction with them. Of course you can subscribe monthly just like OnlyFans and get everything on the main feed for free, but even if you just follow as a fan, not a subscriber, you can purchase the individual videos or photos you want and do live private shows with your favorite performer. I do plan on using it and camming a lot more. My camming experiences lately have been very positive. Not a single person has been rude or disrespectful.

So I wanted to post more on my only fans, just the normal social posting that I do on other social so I got a thing that I need to verify my account to post more so I'm like ok, mind you I'm not wanting to make any money off it, but it does say it's so I can put a bank account to get money(not interested of course) so I do all the stuff it says and I get rejected because it says they can't tell my id photo and the photo of me holding my id. I joined it a few months ago for our Fav StickyVicky - all was well until the end of the month and I noticed that I had paid nearly $200 for 10 or so other girls that I had no idea about. How did I get charged for joining all the other girls site???
The site itself was very cooperative with my request to refund my money AFTER I had contacted my bank and stopped payment on any future charges tot he site. It was a clusterfuck trying to determine how the extra charges happened but it was not me who charged anything to the site. I wound up having to close out one account and reopen with a different account that lead to me having to change several other payment agreements under that account.
Count me as the "GET OFF MY LAWN" guy when it comes to OnlyFans, I will not recommend it nor will I go there again. By the way, It was not as "personal" as advertised, and it felt like I was at a cheap strip club where the women made it clear that it was all about the money.
I may have rode into town on a turnip truck , but i was at least sitting in the cab.

Well, Capt Bunk, I"m not sure how you signed up for one site and ended up getting charged for 10. I have joined 3 of them and have been pretty happy so far. The sites are pretty cheap to join. The models post some content and talk to members. They post content that you pay to see, too. I wasn't happy about that part at first, but I quickly remembered that the ladies are in business. They simply can't give away the farm. So, if I feel motivated, I may buy a peek on occasion. But I also have access to the ladies thru other venues, so I don't worry about it too much.

Well the thing is most of them now have lowered their prices down to $3 a month, and only fans takes a dollar of it, so for $2 per month how much do you think they can post for free? And how much time can you spend chatting to someone who's paying $2 a month? And believe me some people can be very demanding of your time and very rude if you don't give them enough of it. I was totally against only fans from the beginning, but it seems that it's not going anywhere so I don't have a lot of choice.

Stay on the websites, get all the content and camshows included, no upcharges ever, and I love chatting on the forum!

I'm still trying to figure out the exact balance, of what to do with it? There are a lot of members who are dual members so I hate that I sometimes put the same content on both but it's normally as an upcharge, and I tell the people I know that are members, like Glenn, don't open this because I don't want them to pay for something that they can already get on the website for free.

I like the loyalfans platform - it seems to be more honest and straightforward. I like that you can be chatting on it back and forth and then the user can start an audio call or a video call anytime they like. This also lets you know that you're actually talking to the model and not some guy in Romania who is running the account for her. Going forward i plan on posting a lot more candids from my phone, just pictures that I take around the house while doing laundry or when I get a rare moment to chill outside naked by the pool things like that... Less overlap of content. I do think it's worth it! Especially when you catch the network on sale for 19.95 a month, adding another $5 a month for the BTS stuff you're still only at $25 per month.

I have heard of that happening to others as well, Capn Bunk! I think they trick you into X ing a box somewhere without realizing it.... I've heard many complaints about it. Just ask Hadi! He had to cancel his credit card account completely because of it! Others too.....

`I know that some disreputable sites will offer you a 3-day sale for $5. If you don't cancel within 3 days, it will renew at $39.99 or some such. Then, in the small print, with very small check boxes, you will find one or two paragraphs. They state basically that you also get a 3-day pass to JoeBlow,com and MaryBlowsBetter.com. Now, whether you cancel the original site or not, if you don;'t cancel the two other sites, the original $40 gets canceled, but you find yourself on the hook for $40 or $80 or whatever. The paragraphs are very small and hard to see.

It has happened to me several times. First time, years ago, I didn't find it for a while. I wasn;t checking my credit bills often. I;d just pay the payment due and move on. Then once I reviewed one and thought "What the hell is THIS?" I paid the bill, canceled the sites and moved on. Now when it happens, (seldom) I contact the CC company and tell them it's a bogus charge. I explain it to them and they cancel the charge. Couple times they have contacted me about whether charges were valid or not.

But, especially when you are joining something or buying something, it doesn't hurt at all to go to your CC site after 3 days and check your Current Transactions. Those are the transactions that have come in since your last bill. If a bad one has come in, you will see it and can call it in.

But I can't see OnlyFans indulging in things like that.

Those are called "Pre-checked cross-sales". People in porn do them all the time. I find it really disturbing. I used to get asked all the time to partner with sites to do them. After a while of saying no, they stopped asking, but funny, just 2 days ago someone asked me. They said, you are not "monetizing" your join page? You are missing out! You are silly not to do it.

I guess they must make a lot of money doing it, because it's been going on for years. They are probably the reason that our rates for processing on credit cards are so high. Did you know that porn sites pay 14% for processing where all normal businesses pay only 2-3%. They say that we are a "High Risk"! Well it's because of dickwads like that!

So many people will charge back, ruining the reputation of all porn companies because they paint us all with the same brush.

Yeah, I certainly believe all that. I'm reading about those issues all the time. They're kind of both at fault. There's a lot of thieves out there whose sole purpose is to steal stuff. So they will join a site, download a lot of porn, then complain to the CC Company that they were mis-charged or something.

But like you say, there are a number of sites that put double charging info in very small print, then hide it in an area with lots of other writing and graphics, so it blends in. The hope, of course, is that the customer won't see it, then also won't check their statements for 3 or 4 months. I feel that this is very close to fraud. But, I guess if it's right there on the page, that puts all of the responsibility on you, For a while I took to saving the Join page I used, just in case a false charge showed up later. I have no trouble with other offers, VIcky, as long as the info is posted prominently and easily seeable.

I feel about the same about auto rebilling, but I've learned to put a reminder in my calendar for things like that. So I get a reminder a few days ahead, and can then cancel it or let it go on as I wish.

I don't mind rebilling, but they should ask me first. If I want to stay, I'll check "OK." If not, I'll check no. I have seen sites like that, but not too many (3 or 4?) They could send me a reminder a week ahead to remind me. I can then follow a link to rebill for another month.

Visa is actually talking about doing that... not sure if its just for porn or for everyone.... so for example gyms would have to send out reminders, so what happens if the person doesn't click yes on the reminder? His gym membership would expire and he couldn't get in and then he would be screaming at the cashier at the front desk.... it could create more problems than it solves....

I realize that quite a number of people are idiots. Being a decent person doesn't mean you treat yo mommie and daddie good, it means that you treat complete strangers with courtesy and respect. But too many people will react just like you said.

I personally don't tolerate that kind of garbage. And, if I owned a business, I wouldn't worry about it. You treat my staff disrespectfully? You are welcome to leave. I don't need your business.

At 77 years old, I am tired of trying to accommodate the assholes of the world. They had a video on the news this morning. A woman was in a store without a mask. Everyone else was wearing one and, according to the store, their policy is that everyone wears a mask. Another customer made a comment about a woman not wearing a mask, as a comment to her friend. The offender, who was reported to be coughing and not even covering her mouth (a pretty filthy person) heard the comment, The offender yelled at the other lady, comments like "Complain to my face!" She then walked over to the lady and coughed forcefully in her face, then grabbed her bags and walked out.

This country (World) has gotten so far out of control. So many people who think they are more important than humanity. They simply refuse to go along. Well, that's their right. But if you bring it to me, be prepared to deal with it.

To answer your response, you are probably right. I"m sure there would be people like that. But I like to hope they would be in the small minority. I like to think that most people are responsible and handle their obligations. That's one reason I have little sympathy for the fighters. They're angry about something else in their lives, but they can't separate it from their daily life. So they go out and argue with clerks, agents, sales staff, anyone unlucky enough to cross their path.

(sorry, lol.) A lot of companies do that now - send out reminders. It's an easy thing to do. Saying "we can't do that" is a cop out. It's a COMPUTER! You tell it what to do, it's all automatic. You write your software to send out a reminder email a week before the expiration date. You could even send out another maybe 2 days ahead. If the account gets renewed, you cancel the reminders. If they aren't answered, you close the account. If there's a valid reason the person didn't answer the email (or not) if the person wants back, they just renew. How freakin' hard IS it?
