I can't say YOWWWIIEEEE loud enough, Erik. Absolutely no details needed, lol.
I am going to provide them anyway, since there was no pain or bleeding involved.
I USED to be in the habit of tightening the skin covering my jaw between my chin and the bottom of my mouth by opening my mouth a little and then using my lip/chin muscles. I had the opinion that this made the hairs between my mouth and my chin more pronounced and accessible for the shaver. One hot, sticky summer the shaver decided to stick to my skin just long enough to throw my coordination off, then let go. And bzzzt, I took a little off the bottom of one of my incisors. Specifically, my left maxillary central incisor. I don't know if dentists swap left and right in their terms, but it's MY left.
As I said, I didn't do enough damage for there to be any pain or blood. We went to the dentist to evaluate things and fix anything necessary. He just reshaped it, and tried to keep from bursting out laughing.
And since then I keep my mouth shut while shaving my chin.
I've started thinking about it. Now, understand, at 79, I'm not getting a whole helluva lot of sex. But if the offer ever came up, I guess I would consider it. I know that now, If I come across an unshaved lady, I've even mentioned it. Next time, maybe I'll make it happen. I agree, the hair is something we put up with, not something we enjoy.
