It won't last, so I'm celebrating while I can. Plus two of those three wins were by less than six points, so it's mostly just luck. The highest scoring player I have had in any game all season was riding my bench, LMAO.

week 3 review

sorry for the delay guys

so with 20% of the season gone last years winner, Daves opossums (3-0) is still carrying that momentum, some close wins for sure but a win is a win and that's all that counts in the very appropriately name Easy division Lauren is in the lead and truly dominating ( i wish) your commissioner . Storn showings by Eddie Mac and Willie ( rookie of the year perhaps) indicate that this will be a great season. A slow start for previous winner and runner-up Emily Rain doesn't bode well for another trip to hold the trophy

Yeah, I made the playoffs as the third seed, then got blown out in the semi-finals and the consolation game and ended up 4th. Not bad for my first season, but I'm looking to improve.

Everyone seems to have their worst weekend against me. Poor Willie! Every one of his position players scored lower than their prediction this week.

I scrapped by... probably my most satisfying win because honestly I've sucked as a manager. My overall fantasy record in the VNA is something like 20 wins 40 losses...
I'll be 4-2 this year (tomorrow) with a decent team... my only fail this week was having a 40 point wide receiver on the bench... :fail:

I do have Carson Wentz as a back up if someone wants to trade for him...

Davest you had a good week to lose... both 4-1 teams (Brigit and Lauren)... are going to lose

You will be 5-1...Very much an open field this year... as projected at 4-2... Paul, me, Lauren, Brigit and Anal John all one game behind you now...
Dommy and Willie at 3-3 still very much in the hunt if they can string some wins together

On another note... Calgary Mike lost to Vicky Vette (or should I say to the 12 sack Baltimore Defense that gave her 43 points to take what was a 99% chance of losing and give her a win.... :yeahbaby:

Shocked that Emily hasn't gotten a win yet... her teams have been terrific in the past... (maybe this week)

I have lost at least 3 weeks this year with a point differential of less than 5. I'm convinced that I'm actually better at Fantasy Soccer than I am at Football.
