I think it's at least somewhat different now, but when I was in Spain in the mid-'70's, it was still a very male-oriented society. Women only held jobs such as cleaning. Banks were totally male, restaurant wait staff were totally male, women rode in the back seat when a woman and her husband went out in the car. I don't specifically remember about women driving, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't as bad as in Daves article.

on another note, i find microsoft pretty cool to be able to read mp4 files with windows media player 12.

Any computer with windows 7 and 8 (possibly xp too) who has it can read MP4 files without additional codecs.

yay! Meanwhile OS X (mavericks) still can't read wmv's natively.

but their lawsuit with Apple Sony agaisnt Android, Samsung, Zte and co is pretty douchie of them.

Must be scared. Apparently Android owns 81% of the market according to this:

Disney have been real douchebags this year. First canceling clonewars and now removing xmas movies people bought on amazon streaming, just so they can force them to watch on their Disney channel.

Way ta go Disney, douchebagery at it's finest. If it wasn't for amazon giving the customer some credit$, i would add thievery too.

They are not on santa's good boys & girls list that's for sure.
