Cam Schedule Last Minute Changes

She asked if she could do every 2nd week, because of her hectic schedule and i said ok, as long as you show up every 2 weeks, you can't miss any. then she missed. So she is supposed to be on this friday, and it will be a month i believe.

Really big Kudos to all the girls who didn't cancel their shows today and tomorrow! We actually have Sally, Paris, Adrian, Gia, Sammy and Julia today on Christmas Eve! And Sabrina, Daisy, Taylor, Sara Jay, and Samantha on Christmas Day! I think that is just awesome!

Julia tweeted earlier today that she woke up sick today....I'm not sure if she will make her show tonight unless she is just going to hang with the gang and chat from bed.

No email no text, this is the 2nd no show I think? Plus she's only on every 2nd week and when she misses, she refuses to make up the show. Funny that I should have to force people to do shows for their own members... I really wanted to get up to 100 girls, sometimes I think we will make it to 75, but then i would rather just have 50 that show up and run their own businesses rather than 75 who are undependable and I have to babysit. In some cases, less is more.

sounds to me like it could just be she doesn't know how to reach you properly, if its really just her 2nd week then she's pretty green on how to do things.

maybe a refresher course would be in order ?

She never did show. No more Tweets either. You know what you can handle, Vicky. But doing cam shows is one of your (few) requirements. You usually give a girl a couple chances, but if they don't catch on, it's time to go. A lot of people out there are rather undependable and don't know how to properly handle themselves. Maybe their parents never taught them responsibility. But they need to learn that to be successful in business. A regular 9 - 5 job, they'd be fired rather quickly.

I can't see any excuse for not making up a show. If she blows off her members that often, they learn they can't trust her and they will leave. Then she will sit there wondering why her members don't stick around.

can i suggest something about the cam room?

here's an idea to get the screen bigger, glue the camgirl banner under the chat so when we move it around it stays with it and that should give us more room to make the video bigger instead of center it with black empty space each side that take up the whole bottom part of the screen.
