Tonight in Angels show, EVERYONE got kicked out, the message, was the server doesn't exist, on everyones screen. Everyone was able to log back in without too much problem, Happened about the 40 minute mark in the show.

I am working with webair on this right now. I told them it happened at 11:40 pm est correct? This is what they want to know. Please answer soonest.

"There is nothing in our logs to indicate any servers were restarted which would cause this issue. Can anyone provide the exact error that was received? How did people log back in, did they just refresh the page or did they need to authenticate through a web portal and link a new link? How long was the show inaccessible? Was the performer also kicked?"

Sorry at an appointment, yes 1140 edt. the page said 'sever not found', and closing the window, and opening it again got me right back in both as a member and as an admin, same with the others, they said some message saying the server wasn't available, or couldn't be found, and closing the window and opening it again got them right back in.
Strangely Angel did not go away, but she said that everyone in the room just went poof. and probably over all no more than 2 minutes lost time, as people logged back in. Very strange...

At Lelu's this evening 98 percent of the cam room AND Lelu got kicked out at the 45 minute mark, people said the message said 'no server found' Several of us remained without problems, But took Lelu 5 minutes to return she was just starting a custom video, and her mind and body were elsewhere, when she got booted.

Still investing this! Found a possible reason and made an adjustment to the streaming engine.... let me know right away please if it happens again? I mean right away. Doesn't matter what time it is, just text me. It's far easier to find the cause in the log files if we look right away instead of the next day. So if it ever happens again where "98% of the people in the room get kicked out and it says server not found" please text me immediately. All the moderators have my number.

Also on the duplicate mobile logins we are really close to solving this. We think it is when the user leaves the browser window open on the show, but hits the "block button" you know the button on the phone that blacks out the screen? The browser in the background is left not knowing what to do and keeps on trying to log them into the room in the background. So the user is completely unaware of this going on inside his phone. We are testing and once we are 100% sure of what the issue is we can program a work around. (which will be good until all the browsers and phones change lol... ).

You got it Vicky, I've just been reluctant to wake you up, knowing how little sleep you sometimes get, but 'next time' if there is another incident, your getting a text via skype right away.

During MaxineX's show, I logged in from my laptop, my IPhone and my Amazon Fire at the same time. All worked fine. Texted from all three and all worked fine.

At 20 past the hour, I declared Sophie Marie, a No Show, after texting Vicky when she was late. At 37 past the hour Sophie showed up, said she thought she'd changed her schedule. So don't know exactly how to describe her actions, in Any case her show will be a short one.

Connection issues in Penny's show today, I did sms and Skype Vicky the first time and the second time, she came back and said she had a 'server not found' message on her screen.

ps Vicky we did pass on your request about getting her 'lovely and HOT lady friend" involved with the VNA, she said she'd ask when they next met, so I guess time will tell.

I was texting with Penny, and she said that is not the error message she got.
She said it was "you have been disconnected from the server, please reconnect back up". "server not found" is completely different.
So it was not a server issue, but an internet issue on her end. It's really hard to trouble shoot when you don't get accurate information. From now on get screencaps of the error messages or else it sends me on a wild goose chase.

I'll ask the ladies to grab a screen cap, and if any of the members are booted, they get the same. Thanks for your help Vicky, i was sure that's what she said, but her video and audio were scratchy and buffering really badly, their would be two minutes of action, followed by a pause of 15-25 seconds, then another burst of video/audio. Someone's got a problem in the stream it appears.

My show before her was flawless as far as streaming goes, so it really can't be the server. Sometimes it's just overall internet traffic between the model and the server and sometimes there are lines down and lots of rerouting... it's hard to say! She could do a show tomorrow with the same laptop, same isp and it be perfect, like it has been before. I did suggest to her to try rebooting her computer and rebooting the modem before a show to see if that makes a difference.

Thanks Vicky, so many overlook the modem. Speaking from experience, mine will run without a hick-up for three weeks, but not three weeks and one minute, I've got a timer on it, so that it's power gets recycled every two weeks to be safe, in the middle of the night.

strange glitch in the 'new' cam room, on Jackie's show this morning, I noted that it announce's when a mobile station checks in, but it's NOT announcing when a station comes in who's NOT mobile, so members in the cam room on their desktops/laptops are NOT announced when they enter the room. Jackie said she was confused and glad that I was noticing the newcomers.

The cam room seemed to work just fine for me during Jamie Fosters show this morning. Both members and mobile log-ins showing up. DrDave, when you log in, try refreshing (F5) your page.

Note: There IS no "new" cam room, DrDave. Not sure what you're talking about.
