Walt, you are looking at this all wrong! Runners typically also stretch making them flexible and able to do things that others may be unable to do. I think that most would agree that ankles behind the ears is a pretty attractive look.

What you ought to be worried about is a runner catching you...you could end up a quivery, but happy, mess. innocent

HRL, after seeing that picture, I'm stopping running away. And, ABTH (Ankles Behind the ears) is my FAVORITE idea of a great workout, and a nice dessert to beat. All of my 'utensils' may not work like when they were new, but my tongue and fingers are as "Spicy" as ever. YAHOO!!!! ...out in the West Texas town of El Twinkie!!!

Well I'm sure I won't be able to run a full marathon, lol.... think you need to train 6 - 8 months for that. Hell I may be nuts to want to run a half marathon by november... I probably am... I'll talk to my doctor, lol.... A 10k would be easy and more within my limits right now, but not as glamorous... but I could definitely cheer HRL onwards.. flash her from the sidelines, etc...
