Serious drug/sex question
My wife got me into "poppers" about two years ago. They are ammonium nitrate that you smell during sex. I always thought sex was amazing on it's own, then I discovered it was even better when doing poppers. Now after two years of that, and several brain cells missing, I'm looking for something else. I've always heard Ecstasy was really nice during sex. I am 38, and have not been into drugs my whole life because of being a full time musician. I know, it should go with being a musician, but I was dedicated to the music part, not everything that went with it.
Anyhow, I ramble sometimes. Are there any other enhancers for sex that I don't know about that anyone can recommend? Legal would be good, but I'm curious about everything out there.

You probably won't want to hear my answer, but I hope you'll read it, anyway. I'm the site "Old Guy" (I think I am the oldest, right guys?) Anyway, I'm not the site 'father' or anything (criminy, I hope not,) but as someone who lived thru the 60's and 70's and more crap than you could carry in a bucket, all I can say is get away from the crap. Think of it, dude. If that stuff was good for you, they'd sell it to you at Wal-Mart. Convince your wife to leave it alone. You love your wife? I understand, I was the same way until two years ago. I never knew poppers existed because I was not out in the "real world" doing what everyone else was doing as teenagers and in the 20s, now that I'm in my late 30's I'm discovering so much that I missed out on. Well, all I can say Space, is I agree with Walter here too. Being an ex-addict and ex-alcoholic, I started young, doing cigarettes, then liquor, then marijuana, then cocaine and where did it lead me...fifteen years later, to the rooms of AA and NA...if you really want to know more about me, read that - my "Happy St. Pat's Day..." post - in the Everything Else section. I, too, am an ex-musician but therefore with a coke and alcohol problem. As I played guitar for 14 years or so. Mainly, however, my personality, especially my anger took my talent away, since I broke my left hand in a drunken stupor at age 28. Anyway, what can I say... doing too much coke and drinking led most times to not being able to get it up... or if I was able to... I then couldn't ejaculate as that did effect, the amounts of drinks and coke that I did, into how well I was able to perform (hard-on stiff, etc.) ... and no offense to Rokkerr, I was sort of like the Man Who Couldn't Shoot Straight ..lol!!! Seriously, now at 44, I've been clean close to 16 years now off cocaine (in November), and I've been sober, close to 15 years now off alcohol (in December), and almost 4 years (in July) now off cigarettes.
