Any truth to the rumour you could be drafted into the England test squad for the upcoming match with the West Indies?
Gotta say, Dave, you couldn't be any more erratic with your bowling than Steve Harmison or Liam Plunkett! I'm sure you could send down some gentle medium pace deliveries to keep the batsmen guessing...
Seriously, though, how bad is this West Indies side? England have practically no bowling attack and they're still cruising to victory in the series. Bring on India - should be a cracker later in the summer.

I am afraid my aim is lousy and I never know what my velocity is going to be but if England calls me up for any action, I am up for it!!!

This the worst Windies team in along time, Dwayne Bravo is the only player with any passion and heart at the moment. Chris Gayle is in a strop as he didn't get the one day captaincy and looks like he don't care what happens.
Harmison has been number 1 in the world, and could be again, but he needs to take a good look at himself and sort things out. At 6'5 tall, he gets steep bounce that not a lot can get, but the wides issue needs resolving.
Thank god for Monty, what a cracking little spinner(and a local lad too). The only thing I hate about him is The Sun newspaper did an article in 1999 highlighting young sports people from footy, cricket and so on. They picked Monty out then, he was 16 and they said he would one day play for England. I should have put a bet on, think if the bloody odds!!! :(
