yeah all of California is getting hit but the bonus is we will be drought free this year
some of the ski resorts have 12+ feet for the base so i suspect skiing will be available in to May

It's been really nice, well for here -5C and snowing at home. I have to drive back tonight, so I'm deciding the short way, but no towns and limited cell phone service, or the long way, lots of towns and great service

Broke a record here in Memphis yesterday 80F. today in the 70's supposed to rain, 70's and upper 60's for highs rest of the week, then more rain and back in the 50's this weekend.

Cold yesterday morning well actually warm at -20F just really cold when stuck outside for a fire drill no hat, gloves, coat, and in sneakers. Then nice and sunny during the day and while playing out on the tundra with pups. Met the neighbor this morning during morning pee/poop so had to follow out to tundra and let pups off leash this morning could not handle it in pjs and I am getting sick so dashed back to house and pups followed and beat me to the door. When I don't wear a glove liner I really hate taking my glove off to take on/off leashes.

Up in the 70's here today, clear and sunny. Almost feel sorry for those in the NE - those with tornadoes, snow storms and all the horrific things going on back there.
