HEY MEMBERS!!!

One reason we all love Vicky is because she looks fabulous. Of course she was born that way, but she is also very active and likes to work out. There are many of us members that love to work out, but need the proper motivation to stay in shape. WELL Now we have so me. After chatting with Vicky in one of her online chats she wanted us to start a topic in the forum for us members to motivate each other go out and and work out and get into better shape. You can keep track of your progress and everybody else's progress here.

- Please try to post as much as you can (Daily if possible) let everybody know what you did that day and have you feel.
- Please share you work out tips with everyone. If you find something that works, SHARE
- Share any healthy food items you may eat.
- And mostly post pics of your progress. Let everyone see how you are doing.

I knew Stiffy would be the first poster! I told you!!!! What do I win? lol...

My biggest problem is I can never get off the computer! I never work out as much as I want to because I procrastinate so much, and then I get out late, and run out of time... plus working out at the end of the day is not nearly as effective as in the morning. Just my opinion. By the end of the day you are tired and not as motivated. Best to do it in the morning.

Today was cold, wet, foggy and yucky, so I've been on the computer about all day.... still catching up on mailing things for the aids walk etc...... so I'm going to go down to the basement and get on the treadmill for about 1/2 hour and do some weights. Turning on the TV down there makes it much more interesting.. working out alone is really booooooooring.

I'll check back with you afterwards!

Ya being at the PC all day can cramp your workout style. When I am not on travel for work I am in a cube and I don't get leave much because I am flooded with emails.. TOday I did something different. I work on the 8th Floor, So I walked the eight flights of stairs twice today up and down.. DAMN, kicked me in the face but felt good... I borrowed a yoga dvd from a GF and tonight after the Patriots beat the Jets im gonna YOGA.....

I can't do yoga, I just can't. I swear every time I do it all I can think about is sex. I look at everyone else in the room and see all the crazy positions and think of all the things I could be doing to them in the position.

So funny, last time I was in LA I went to a class. Rokkerr was really not feeling well so he stayed in bed, and I went to a class with his friend, who we were staying with. I've only ever done yoga once or twice before in my life but they were all surprised at how well I did. Vicky where did you learn to do "downward dog" like that the instructor asked? I almost fell on my head laughing, I almost said, "I film porn for a living fool!" Rokkerrs friend (who was his best man at our wedding) was dying laughing too...

HAHAHAHA, that is awesome... Ya i get ya on the getting all wanting to have sex while doing yoga....So i got the vid and home doin it alone. (SAD YES) but hey gettin in shape ain't easy..... Vicky in a downward dog huh??? HMMMMMMM where is my other tape......??? lol

working out in the morning sucks because you'r ebody is like half asleep. After working out with my dad at 6am I don't like it anymore lol. Its definitely better like just around lunch time or after dinner.

I think what time of day you work out is what you think is best for you. At university last year we had a doctor tell us morning work outs wern't good, then another told us they were the best. For me I like working out at night before dinner. Now my routine has changed a lot, but my diet is really good now too. I have oatmeal with 1% milk or a power drink, (mine's meal replacement powder, protien powder, 1 cup of 1% milk, a banana, and another frozen fruit with some ice cubes). for a snack I'll have half of my meal replacement drink without the protien powder, and a piece of fruit. Lunch is a salad with a low fat dressing and some fruit. Then another snack with the other half of my meal replacement drink or I'll have a meal replacement bar. For my dinner it's chicken or turkey or fish, I don't eat shellfish, salad (3 cups) with a low fat dressing. Later I'll have some more fruit. Sundays are my cheat day so I may have a burger but I don't fill up on junk. What I was taught it's 40% diet and 60% exercise, like I tell people "Just get off your ass and do something it all helps" :nichon: :460: :527: :strong: Always check with your doctor and find out what he says is best for you! :sexbed:

HOLY BUCKETS I CAN'T MOVE TODAY. SO SORE..... I Need to get out for a jog and loosen up... Gonna do some Jump Rope in the morning. I figure if boxers use it, I might as well give it a whirl..

Well I went for a jog in the woods/mountains this afternoon, it was really tough... it's been raining so all the wet leaves on the rocks were treacherous! Loki almost pulled my arm off when she saw a deer that I didn't! It was soooo beautiful though... the air smelled so good and the trees are still so brightly colored orange, red and yellow.... I'm kind of disappointed in myself though cause I only ran 2.25 miles but boy it was steep. I worked up a sweat! At least I know the area a bit now so I can map out a better route for next time, or just do it twice... The worst part of today was I had to kick a dog in the ribs. I sure hated doing that, but it charged us, and attacked Loki. It was a large chow mix, pretty scary. I just reacted, didn't even stop to think for a split second. Don't think I hurt it too badly, I was wearing running shoes, just enough to make it back off. I screamed, "bad dog! Go home!" in my meanest voice and it backed off...

Hey at least you have a GF, that is one up on Stiffy. We have told him to work out less and Wank IT more. That is what real hot Ladies need in a man. Work up to 5 + nuts per day and 3 in an hour is a good target. Hot chicks tend to over look a little flab for a stud that can perform and keep up with a hot Lady and keep us satisfied. Many of the steroid hot muscle bod duds can not even get IT up.

Vicky,

We admire you for running and know how great the smells are in the wide open and to see deer etc. It was the nasty attack dogs that bit Sue that curtailed our county running.

Only a kick in the ribs? I kicked a Doberman in the nuts once!!! The yelling "Bad dog! Go home!" in my meanest voice did not work.

I love all critters but sure felt better to see that Doberman yelping and running away rather than ripping my throat out.

AHHHH scray dog attack, good job on kicking him though. We have snow in our mountains now.. It looks so pretty. I just got done with a good jog and was lookin at the Mountain line... so awesome... It made it easier to run... Still sore though

St1fler :iloveyou: I know you just want to pump iron, but if you ain't doing cardio and lots of it with the shape your in your missing the big picture my friend! Anything I've read in Mucsle Mag or whatever by guys like Arnie, :stiffy: Lee Priest :stiffy: etc there workouts have loads of cardio. Then again maybe there all wrong I don't claim to know a lot! I love to work my legs, abs, arms ass whatever too it feels good, just you need the full deal; my opinion
