Whoa!! .... Stiffy, yes that was an insentive comment - as I just came on reading at page 2 to 3. Please try to be considerate here. We do have ladies present. Okay.

Anyway, if you cannot run and want to get a good cardio exercise -try swimming in a pool.

St1fler, I've said it before and will say it again, I don't think you meant to be rude or insensitive. I think you simply forgot (I seem to be the only one who feels that way.) But I did feel you should have apologized to her, either here or privately, as I mentioned in a PM to you. Did you?

Others, we have all screwed up at one time or the other. None of us is exempt. Would like to ask we give stiffy the benefit of the doubt. (but you should still apologize, stiffy. You want to hang out with adults, that's the mark of a man.)

I was working out today and when I was done I thought I'm going in the sauna. So I'm in there about 20 minutes, shower then go to my locker. When I went in my gym bag I saw I had forgot clean clothes. Now I'm wondering what the hell do I do. Everything I had there was wet and it's a scorthing -28C outside. I put on my jacket and it comes about 4 inchs below my ass. Put on my runners and went to start the truck. I wthought 15 minutes to warm it up and I'll be ok. I'm running back to the gym and I'm crossing the parking lot and I slip. I land on my back my jacket rides up my back. My bare ass is in the snow and a couple are leaving. She looks at me and says advertizing for more work. I wanted to die, and call her a bitch, but I didn't. I did go back to my truck and froze my ass all the way home.

Week 3 is just a small change what I do is on days #1 and #5 is the same as week #1 except it's 3 sets of 15-20 reps and day #3 is the same as week #2 but 3 sets of 15-20. By this time you know what your muscles can take just keep the weight s light still. Cardio on days #2 #4 #6 #7 at 65-70% for 15-20 minutes. I know it's Christmas and it's damn awkward trust me, just do like I do your best. I've been sneaking chocolate here and there mmmmm!

Julie, I got some chocolate syrup.... (I know, you're trying to be straight and here comes TheOldPerv - :lmao: :lmao:  )

I do read all of your suggestions and try to place them into my small efforts here, which consist mostly of walking about 1-1/2 miles a day. I hope to maybe step it up to a little trotting someday and some weight and cardio work at home. Your suggestions help.

I went to the gym lastnight and my god it was so foggy that you could see about 10 feet infront of you and thats it. On the way to the gym it was like that for about 2 minutes, on the way home it was about 10 minutes of I can't see a thing. It didn't help it was also icy and snow all over the ground too.

I went and did back/bi's and I did
wide-grip pullups 10(unassisted)8/8
deadlifts 10/5/5
lat pulldowns 10/8/7
cable rows 10/8/8

DB curls 10/8/8
incline DB curls 10/10/7
cable curls 10/10/10

today I shall do shoulders and get a haircut so I look hawt.

Yep it was about 30 degrees at the top, it was snowing and clear which was nice, cause the view was great, but the wind was biting through our clothes. The worst part was we froze up there because we were all sweaty and wet, and we left our jackets at the bottom! I'll post some more pics when HRL sends them to me!
