That looks very painful but it isn't so bad... What I'll explain is worse. Try being hung up and suspended using those same hooks. Now that really hurts. I saw a cable show, was it Ripley's Believe It Or Not or Taboo??.. But both the bride and the groom where elevated off the ground with many hooks in their backs and they were suspended in mid-air for their nuptials. This ceremony ran over forty-five minutes and their friends had to literally piggy-back them and carry them off the hooks. Ouch!!
