At least, this loss was due to natural causes and not an "unnecessary" death. It sounds like he had a good life.

Some of you remember Dave45. He was a member from Kansas. Lately he had been signing into the cam room as "Dave." Several years ago, when Vicky was still doing Adultcon, he came out to L.A., and he had a helluva time. We had an after party at one of the clubs, and there were maybe 10 VNA ladies there. The DJ announced that the first person with a hundred dollar bill would get a lap dance from all the dancers. Well, the SOB said "a hundred dollar bill." All I had were $20's. So here's the old idiot agonizing over whether he'd take 5-$20's, Ole Dave, in about 2 seconds, whipped out a $100 bill, and he got "my" lapdance, lol. I can guarantee you he loved it.

Dave was a Truck driver in the central U.S. Maybe 2-3 years ago, Dave got sick. He was diagnosed with emphysema. Earlier he had difficulties with his wife. She didn't like him joining the VNA. She had gained lot of weight since their marriage, and I know that bothered him. Well, they finally got divorced. Obviously he loved her, as he didn't want to lose her. Then he got sick, and couldn't work anymore. All of this seemed to turn Dave. He became a little hateful, and started bad-mouthing people, even me. I have no idea what happened. At first we got along great, but suddenly he was quite angry with me. Then he apparently attacked Vicky and Rokkerr in some way, so he was banned from the VNA.

A while later, (a few months?) he 'snuck' back in. Apparently he had moved to another location in Kansas, so he had a new IP. Vicky decided to let him stay as long as he was nice. I even chatted with him a little. I guess I felt that he was doing OK.

Yesterday I got word that Dave had been placed in home hospice care day before yesterday. Well, if you don't know, hospice care is end-of-life care. Generally, the medical community determines that a person only has 6 months or less to live because of whatever disease they may have.

Then today I got word that Dave had died. Obviously, it went very fast. But It hurts. Dave and I got along great out in LA. Being a country boy, he was nervous about driving in L.A. Well, I had been planning on driving up there to meet someone else and drive to L.A. with them. Well, they had to cancel, So I decided I could do the same for Dave. So I drove up to Utah and we hooked up. We shared a room in L.A., and had a great time that weekend. I've got a couple pictures here somewhere. I'll try to find them.

But, in the meantime, RIP, Dave. You made the world a better place, and you will be missed.

Yes we have lost Dave and I didn't know him long but I will always remember the look on his face at Hedo! He so wanted the chance to go and I was happy he got his sister to agree to go with him. One of the happiest I saw him was at the nude pool and Julia got 1 of the ladies who had massive boobs to put sunscreen on Dave. Haha! You could not have knocked the smile off his face the rest of the day!

I never actually had a problem with Dave myself, there are some pics around here somewhere of me sitting on his lap at Saddle Ranch I think or adultcon or something we did have a lot of good times! I did chastise him a few times because he was way too tough on people in the cam room, IE tough to the point where people were afraid to speak and there was no interaction, so I had to keep telling him to ease off a little bit...

He had a problem with Puma though, he didn't get her humor, he was rude to her and then attacked her on Twitter so at that point I had no choice but to ban him. We will always protect our girls.

A year later i knew he was sneaking back into the vna (I see everything lol) but I let him away with it. Just the other day I helped him with his password. I always assumed one day we would be pals again. We just ran out of time. That should teach us. We should always act as if we have little time left because you never know.

Yeah, he wasn't a good moderator. He made me think of that moderator on the old CAMZ system that booted most anybody for most any comment, lol. Dave wasn't that bad, but he was too hard on people.

I think I remember him at a couple of Samantha's shows I believe and few others, that's really sad. Yeah Vicky is right we usually seem to run out of time, and we alway wish we would have had more time to make amends that's why I try to work things out.

Rest in Peace Dave,your finally out of pain, and in a better place I'm sure.
Knew Dave from the VNA, got along with him pretty well, sure glad he had a chance to join the Julia crew in Hedo, I'm sure that was a high point in his life, sure would be mine.
My Condolance's to his remaining family,know he has a sister, and know he was trying to stay close to his wife, even after they split up, we talked often. I'll miss him and his outlook on life, which was a 'bit' off with many others, but each must live the life they want.
Sorry to see you go Dave, but so glad your out of the pain.

I remember thinking we had killed Dave at Hedo when Julia, Jenna, Zany, Kelly and I played Cards Against Humanity with him and his sister in his room one night. He had a card to read that struck him as so funny, he couldn't breathe (he was on oxygen 24/7 even then). He kept trying to read it aloud, then laughing so hard he'd start coughing and couldn't catch his breath. Eventually he would start breathing OK and try again and it would start all over. I was afraid we were killing him with laughter. RIP Dave.
